Staff were good however numerous issues. Hot day on arrival, aircon not turned on and the sun coming through the windows the aircon is in a dreadful spot over the door and doesn’t flow into the bedroom. 2 dreadful hot nights sleep. No amenities ie Shower cap, tissues, sanitary bag. My room was not serviced even after telling the cleaners that I was going out and they could go in. Refrigerator is nothing more than a cool box. My drinks and salad I brought were barely cold. I threw out food as was worried about getting food poisoning. As an all Accor diamond member usually left with a few treats but nothing other than a filled bottle of water by them which was warm in the desk and I jammed sideways into the tiny fridge. I won’t be back again. $450 NZ a night is a joke.
