The rooms really feel like form the previous century and it urgently requires a make-over in my opinion. The staff is very friendly and they took my comment seriously. However, I will only return once the rooms are renovated. The breakfast room is also not very inviting, very big and noisy with little charm. Not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Uns hat es im Rixos President Astana sehr gefallen. Die Lage und der Service aller Beschäftigten war hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber und die Reinigungskräfte sehr freundlich. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption, dem Sercicedesk und beim Frühstück ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer auf die Stadt ist fantastisch. Auch der Spa Bereich mit Sauna, einem schönen Hammam und Schwimmbad lässt einen sehr gut relaxen. Das Rixos President Astana ist ein klasse Hotel und sehr empfehlenswert.
