The hotel was very well located; only a short walk away from the Presidential Palace, Palace of Peace and Reconciliation, etc. They upheld great standards and the service was excellent, even for visitors who only speak English. The cleanliness was high as was the general condition of the rooms. After staying for two weeks, my only comments for improvement would be: 1. Why was the gentleman cooking fresh eggs gone for a whole week, with the substitute being cold scrambled eggs? 2. It doesn't make sense that when doing laundry, you have to bring your dirty clothes down to reception and pick them up from there too. If I was a guest checking in, I would not like to see dirty laundry being given to the receptionist as a first impression of the hotel. 3. The wifi is quite slow and I found it difficult to make business calls; I ended up having to go to nearby cafes just to get fast wifi. Overall, a brilliant stay and we were well looked after by all of the kind staff. I would definitely stay again in the future.

The service was good. The room was extremely bad. It was old, bedsheets grey, walls thin and the overall vibe was off.
