Breakfast choice is really small, no options for vegetarians. Would be nice if hairdryer, iron and tea kettle were in each room.

Very comfy room but no WiFi at all and the TV also didn't work which meant time in my room was pretty boring.

The staff were very slow and little bit rough Wi-Fi doesn’t work more than 3 days!!! TV set also doesn’t work (I can’t find well working channel including local government Kazakhstan channels...)

Every time when I visit Nursultan, I stay in your hotel and this stay was incredible! Thanks to FO team for being helpful and friendly. Also thanks to F&B Register(woman) in restaurant who was very polite and provided me with coffee take away. Will definitely come back!

I stayed in your hotel for a first time and have quite good impression. Except one small note: you did not provide with bathrobe in a standard room. It’s strange. I suggested to pay for it but was refused. Meanwhile the breakfast was very tasty with a wide choice of dishes. In addition the waiter who served on breakfast was professional and polite. Unfortunately does not remember his name. Overall my stay was comfortable.

I was satisfied with the helpful reception team, but only what annoyed me that as I’ve stayed for 7 days ( only one bottle of water has been given the first day then nothing),no fridge at the room, but over all IBIS is my favourite even her in UAE where I’m staying and I’m keen to be there again. And I wish IBIS will take my comments seriously

I was staying quite a lot in Ibis Moscow and knew what to expect... Here in Astana it was 50/50.... I know what to expect in room and in facilities but I had problems during breakfast and while converstaion with reception. I stayed in Ibis Astana from 12/12 till 15.12/ Two nights were booked thru agency and one is by myself. I dont know why but reception is sure that if room is booked thru agency, then bonus points for nights are not redemped/given to me because I didnt book a room by myself. It took me 3 times on a reception to explain that it this is not correct (I should check in my account as well did it happen at all or not). I had a problem during breakfast after first night stay. Everything from "warm" food in the breakfast was very cold. The problem was solved but unfortunately after a huge scandal I raise.

It was a very nice surprise this Ibis for us. Nice lobby, kind staff, very affordable prices at the bar/restaurant. The rooms are typical Ibis style. Not very surprising. A bottle of drinking water for each guest at the room.

Doesn't works climate control at room , but other things were without any problems . Reception desk was superb. Restaurant and bar personal was very pleasant also. Food and drink were on 4 star hotel level at least. So next time only Accorhotel network at Astana.

Noisy Dog Kept Me Awake -- Hotel did Nothing

A dog in the room just above mine kept making loud noise non-stop. I could hear the dog very well. I reported this noise to the reception -- they already knew about the dog. Apparently the hotel allows dogs, so a dog was okay to them. The reception did nothing about the noisy dog since the young people who owned the dog were out of the hotel until the early hours of the morning. The dog kept making non-stop noise (barking, howling, growling) and kept me awake. Since I had an early flight the next morning, not being able to sleep was particularly bad.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Astana. As a pet friendly hotel we accommodated a guest with a dog. The only decision in solving this situation was to make a room move. And reception prepared a quite room for you and suggested it to you, but you decided to stay at that room, unfortunately that was the only solution. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and we are sorry for that inconvenience.
