Vibrant economy hotel, open to everyone

The 3-star economy hotel ibis Astana is 15 minutes away from the Palace of Independence, the Hazret-Sultan mosque, the Nature Park and Astana Music Hall. It takes less than 30 minutes by taxi to the airport. The hotel is good for family holidays and business trips: an event for 200 people can be organized in the transformer conference halls, international and local cuisine is served at the ibis Kitchen restaurant. You can find web-corner with free Wi-Fi and computers at the lobby free of charge.

No safe in room, extremely hot, only on 3rd day of my stay somebody came to clean my room.

Checked in for three nights with bnb. Positives - cozy, down to earth hotel, akin to ibis in Almaty. Very warm in rooms even though it was down to -30 at night. Location - close to US embassy. Possible improvement opportunities- cold in the buffet, breakfast is far too simple, coffee is bitter, selection of snacks in the bar after hours could have been better. There was only one cooler on the floor.

Good price but far away from main places.
