Rixos Premium Seagate 5 stars

Wow you will not be disappointed with this hotel it is amazing with lots of facilities and even better that as we were a family of 4 adults, you can get a shuttle cart along the beach to the adults only Rixos which is also amazing. Rooms - the rooms are a lovely size and kept spotlessly clean, our lovely housekeepers Eid and Ahmed work so hard all day and nothing is too much trouble for them. They made us so many lovely towel animals and folded up clothes and even cleaned our sunglasses. We really miss seeing them every day. We stayed on the beach side of the hotel which was worth paying a bit extra for. We also asked for rooms to be close to each other and the hotel gave us interconnecting rooms 5118 and 5120 which were perfect as overlooked the family pool, close to reception and the lagoon pool and away from the evening entertainment Pools - again these are spotlessly clean - the life guards around the pool are really good at making sure everyone is safe and having a good time. We stayed mostly at the lagoon pool in Seagate but when we went to the adults only we went to the entertainment pool which is amazing. Every day you get given clean pool towels and like the housekeeping staff the life guards go out of their way to make sure you are ok. We took the buggy to the aqua park side a couple of times and really enjoyed the slides Activities - there is so much to do especially if you like sport - the jungle gym, outdoor gym and the programme of exercise and activity is vast, aqua spin, yoga, darts competitions, aerial yoga, boxing...... honestly the most activities available that we have ever had in a hotel Restaurants - we managed to get into the a la carte restaurants with no issues - the Asian and beach BBQ were our favourites but the Italian was also very good. But if you don't get into the a la carte then the buffet is brilliant. We ate at both the upstairs and downstairs buffet but our favourite was upstairs thanks to our lovely waiter Mohamed Khedr - thank you again for looking after us. You have to go for lunch at the Sea Salt restaurant in the Adults only hotel - best burgers ever!!! Beach - the beach is ok, you can't swim as the water is so far out so you have to walk down the pier to get into the sea. We snorkelled off the pier which was great to swim around the coral. We preferred snorkelling at the adults only hotel as it was quieter but there was more fish to see at Seagate hotel Entertainment - wow best shows we have ever seen - unbelievable the quality of the acts Would 100% recommend Egypt and also Rixos - we are looking to go to another Rixos hotel for our next holiday as so impressed with the facilities, everything felt luxury and you are definitely made to feel very special and looked after We are missing all the staff and wanted to say a massive thank you to all the staff in reception especially Jenya, all the lagoon pool bar staff (who are lovely and sorry I didn't get your names), the entertainment team, the waiting staff (special thanks to Peter in the food court and Italian restaurant) We will be back but for now thank you for making our holiday one of the best

My husband & I stayed at Rixos Sharm in June & decided to try Rixos Premium Seagate. The Rixos chain are fantastic, with amazing hotels, fabulous staff & wonderful food. The hotel is massive with beautiful grounds. The golf buggy buses are brilliant & ferry you around all of the hotel including going over to the Rixos Adults hotel. We did not use the main restaurant as we travelled to the Adults only during the day (see review on Rixos Sharm) but used all of the A La Cartes in the evening. These were fantastic, with beautiful food & service. Being gluten-free wasn't an issue as the Chefs would adapt the menu & offer me alternatives which was great. The large entertainment area was great with plenty of room & quick service with drinks. We enjoyed the Lobby Bar as this was quiet & chilled. We had a look around the Aqua park which was amazing & perfect for families. This hotel is amazing for families & I will recommend it to my family & friends.

The hotel is amazing , no need to go out or look for any thing else we enjoyed the food the aqua park”Ibrahim was so helpful” and our favourite part as a family was the snorkelling 🤿 variety of sea creatures and the lifeguard helped us tremendously Ahmed , islam and Youssef It’s worth mentioning the Golf cars drivers are so nice and great with kids

First time in a Rixos and just Wow. Upon arrival, we were greeted with cool refreshing drink. Check in was a breeze, credit to receptionist Ebid looked after us during this process. Stayed in the main part of the resort, the room was big and airy came fully stocked with a mini bar, including chocolates soft drinks and crisps included in the all-inclusive package. Room also came with iron which is a big plus. Bathroom included all the usual amenities one would expect in a 5 star resort. The food options are plentiful from buffet restaurant to A la CARTE to snack we thoroughly enjoyed the food during our stay. We had the best mocktails served to us at this place. Absolutely loved the detox bar serving the freshly squeezed fruit juices The resort is literally on the beach with plenty of swimming pools all around. The best part is the resort having its own Aqua Park with loads of different slides. Credit to Karim the waiter who looked after us during the evening entertainment. Emir Ebid thank you for your kindness and looking after us when checking in. Lastly, Sayed who kept our room clean and was always happy to help us when needed. Overall had the best week and Rixos is now also another 1 of our favourite brand .

I was traveling solo, was a little nervous about not being able to do much or not understand something however people working in the hotel did a great job explaining about everything. They were all nice and friendly
