We stayed for 8 nights from 26- 4th December. Block 20 room 20002. Lovely block near the beach ,snack bar ,fountain pool and buffet restaurant could not fault the location of the room. Checking in was smooth but there were a few issues which were sorted and we got upgraded to deluxe which was great.( point to note I thought the deluxe room had the right amount of space so I’m glad we did not get the superior as we would such struggled for space) Room- as mentioned was spacious and clean and had all amenities we needed. The room where we stayed which was on main side was not 5 star they need a revamp they are not dirty but they are old and a lot of wear and tear. Bathroom has a sealant issue, due to this water went everywhere when shower was on and the glass doors were dirty they do need a good scrub and a bit of tlc. Hotel grounds,pools - absolutely great nothing to complain or comment on.Everything was well maintained and felt they were maintaining the gardens daily during the day and cleaning the pools even in the late hours of night. Food - excellent great quality lots of choices. Honeslty the best hotel food I have had in terms of quality and choice. I can go on and on about the food as it really was top notch. I don’t drink so can’t comment on alcohol situation but soft drink and mocktails were good. Aqua Park- really good lots of rides available for people of all ages. We really enjoyed it. Life guards were amazing,one of family members struggled to get up from the water after a ride and the life guard was so quick to go in and help her. Safety is their priority. Staff - the only staff I had issues with is the lobby bartenders. I understand they busy making drinks but a smile when giving your drink would not harm them. Besides them I can truly say all the staff ,the reception team, guest relations, concierge, cleaners, entertainment team, pool attendants , life guards , buggy drivers, turquoise restaurant staff, Brazilian ,peoples and mangal were all brilliant special shout out to the Turkish ice cream man even though I didn’t want one he came after me to give me one when the rest of my family took some, he insisted I had one . I have probably missed a lot of people but we truly Received great service from all the staff Special shout out to : Ahmed - who was housekeeping our room He was great he truly made our stay comfortable nothing was a big ask at all For him and our room was cleaned immaculately daily.Thank you Ahmed Jamal in brazailan - made my birthday memorable from the word go he truly made it a birthday meal to remember so thanks ! Omar at lobby bar - amazing service he always came to take our drinks order and went out of his way to make our evening enjoyable with the drinks and snack flowing. Thank you ! Rabab who sorted our massages was amazing she was so kind and friendly and made a point to always say hello and make conversation. Also thank you jiffy at the spa for my massage which was really good There was 2 more staff one at the turquoise restaurant upper level and one at mangal we couldn’t catch their names but their service was great as well. There is probably so much I have missed to comment on this amazing hotel but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel

We visited the Rixos premium seagate in Nov '24 and WOW, WOW, WOW !!! From start to finish an outstanding holiday. Mo Dabaka on reception excelled, nothing was too much trouble, he addressed everything with pure professionalism and his attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The entertainment team; where do we start ! Tarek, Emre, Alena and Misha, what a team and an absolute credit to the Hotel, taking time to learn all our names, including us in all the activities we wanted to participate in whilst respecting our privacy when we wanted it 🤽‍♂️🎯 The entertainment was excellent, (DJ Fela, what a DJ and what energy - so contagious 💃), the waiters in all areas were exceptional, adjusting the ingredients of cocktails to meet our specific requests (lemonade, No Soda !! 🤣🤣) The security were fantastic as were the housekeepers (Mohammed and Mohammed) the gardeners and the lifeguards. The snorkelling at the hotel is the best we've ever seen 🐠🐟🐡🤿 The Food in every single restaurant/buffet was 'Laziza' 😋 Overall, we have no complaints whatsoever, just thanks and praise to every single person for making our visit to Sharm el Sheikh absolutely amazing 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

Amazing hotel, great pool and super entertainment for all ages. The staff are so kind, helpful and always smiling. The hotel has catered for every small detail. There are hotel buggy’s that take you to all parts of the hotel and also the neighbouring waterpark and Rixos adults only hotel. I normally struggle being vegetarian, but this hotel has great quality food in the buffet and all the Al a carte restaurants. Cocktails are great looking and tasting too. Mykonos is a fantastic restaurant with great Greek food and entertainment, we had a smashing time. The manager was so friendly and made sure I had enough veggie food choice. Best hotel in Sharm el Sheikh, can’t wait to go to another Rixos resort in the world.
