The time spent at the hotel is great . The aqua park is fun and safe. Also service staff are very helpful and friendly. Mr Eslam spotted me taking care of the kids and busy so he just grabbed us cold drinks and snack ls and provided so much care and help. A great place for a special family holiday

It’s a bit annoying that I’m 99% sure the spirits here are not branded ☹️ the caps are all unsealed as they’re unboxing them at the beach bar and the bottles are absolutely not new. It seems they’re decanting non branded spirits into branded bottles which is disappointing seeing as this is meant to be a premium hotel.

All staff are very good with the exception of one particular guest relations Russian woman. Place is tidy and clean, food is good. It's a big place so expect lots of walking if you do not get the shuttle busses around the hotel. Big thanks to Ahmed and Muhammed from the room cleaning and Muhammed and Muhammed from the veranda restaurant. Brilliant people.

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Seagate and had a fantastic experience, especially with our room on the Aqua side. The rooms were spacious, modern, and cleaned daily, ensuring our stay was always comfortable. We were upgraded on arrival to deluxe and the only negative was that we were on the top floor (floor 3) and no lift. One of the highlights of this holiday was the many pools on both the main and aqua side which made it easy to find a sunbed —there were plenty available, so no stressing or getting up early. Special mention to all the staff. They are very attentive to your needs and we regularly gave them small tips which they were very happy about. We loved the concept of the à la carte restaurants. It felt like going out to dinner every evening and even the main buffet in Turquoise was fantastic. The selection of food for breakfast and dinner was great. Freshly cooked omelettes were available every day which became my favourite. We loved the italian and chinese. The water park was a real gem, perfect for families although harder to get a sunbed here. With plenty of lifeguards on duty, we always felt our children were safe and well looked after. It is a great hotel for families as always something happening but you can escape if you don’t want to be involved as everything is centered round one pool. The only negative for us was the golf buggy situation. It was always ok in the evenings and morning going to and from the main site but always a nightmare coming from the beach. Many people just pushed and with a pushchair it could become quite stressful. Having said that we would stay again on the aqua side as felt it was more relaxed. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, adding to the overall luxury feel of the resort. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and it definitely lived up to its 5 star reputation! Highly recommended for families looking for a mix of fun, relaxation and also 5 star!

Katriggers Couples - TripAdvisor review

Second stay here just as wonderful as the first. Excellent food, service and amenities. The buffet is excellent and probably the best at any all inclusive we’ve stayed at. The A la carte restaurants are wonderful with no issues booking them. The beach bbq and Asian my absolute faves. Don’t be afraid to ask for more/different meat at the BBQ. Genuinely, nothing is too much h trouble. My only criticism - wish I had stayed longer!
