We loved the grounds and the restaurants and food were amazing the staff were so excellent and catered to our needs.
The room we stayed was starting to look a little worn out especially the bathrooms etc .
We had a room on the 3rd floor which was too high so we asked for a room on the lower floors which we managed to get one the 2nd day which was lovely. We did find booking the restaurants a little tedious as the QR code wouldn’t work sometimes and the Que in the lobby around 4 pm would be so long. We just booked one day.

Overall satisfied with our stay. The range of entertainment was lacking in the evenings for adults, kids club was good. We found the service was slow on several occasions especially around the pool's and the main dining hall. On two occasions we were asked what we would like to drink and then forgotten about. We enquired about a room upgrade and felt the front desk were rude and dismissive, a simple 'sorry nothing available' would have been okay. Disappointed with the booking system for restaurants, over a ten night stay we only managed to get a reservation at 3 places.

We had a lovely experience at Rixos Seagate Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is great, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful holiday.
There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. Some members of staff would benefit from additional training, especially the staff at the kids’ club. Unfortunately, one of the girls there needs to improve the way she communicates with parents and should be more respectful and welcoming. I also felt that some of the information given to parents was not always accurate, which can be frustrating when you are leaving your children at the kids’ club. I hope the management can provide better training in customer service, communication and inclusivity.
The food was excellent, but the cocktails and mocktails definitely need improvement. They would benefit from having more experienced staff preparing them, as unfortunately many of the drinks we tried were not very good.
Another area that could be improved is accessibility. It would be much more convenient to have lifts available in the buildings where the rooms are located, especially for parents travelling with young children and pushchairs.
Apart from these points, we had a beautiful experience at Rixos Seagate. It is a lovely resort with great food, beautiful surroundings and plenty to enjoy. With some improvements to staff training, drinks and accessibility, it could be an even better experience for families.

It was a great experience however I highly recommend that you reserved rooms located at the ground level because I personally had a bit of problem with one of my family members she couldn’t walk to the second level. But it was fun and I would do it again. Thank you

Everything was absolutely fantastic and I would love to do it all again some day. The location, staff, support and activities were perfect for me and the family. If there were some very small footnotes it would be that the restaurant booking process was not obvious and nor easy. There are limited slots but it seemed like the only way to get a booking would be to book 2 days before and exactly when the slot opens otherwise you will most likely miss it.
Saeed was out housekeeper for the time we were there and accommodated all our requests and was great throughout.

Hotel stunning, all staff amazing and really friendly. Lots of activities for adults and children to take part in. The entertainment team are great around the pools, the room cleaner Haitham did a fantastic job and was always really friendly. We have loved our time here that much that we have already booked for August 2027.
One improvement that could be made is the entertainment, although we still enjoyed it as a family it became slightly repetitive after a couple of days. It was basically a dance show most evening.
We requested two rooms close together before arriving as we had two different rooms within the family. Initially we were in two different blocks but after speaking to reception on day 2 they managed to move us into the same block which was really appreciated.
We are all already looking forward to next summer.

We stayed at Rixos Seagate Sharm El Sheikh for 7 nights and 8 days. Overall, our vacation was amazing! The food was delicious and of the highest quality, and the service was top-notch—fast, professional, and genuinely warm. The facilities are excellent, leaving nothing to be desired.
A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to the Rixi Club (Kids Club) team, especially Fatma! She gave our children so much love, warmth, and care, playing with them like they were her own younger siblings. The kids formed such a strong bond with her that they cried during check-out because they had to say goodbye. My family and I are deeply grateful to Fatma and wish her all the best!
The only point for improvement: Throughout our entire 8-day stay, it was impossible to book a table at the Salt and BBQ restaurants due to lack of availability. On our last day, we visited Salt in person and explained to the manager that it was our final evening, but he refused to accommodate us even though the restaurant was mostly empty at the time. We hope the reservation system is addressed to make the guest experience 100% perfect. Thank you to the entire Rixos team

We enjoyed our stay. The amenities, food, staff and services were excellent; however, our main issue was with the room itself as it was dated and in need of renovation. The furnishing and bathroom appeared old and definitely not a 5 -star hotel room. I wish there was more flexibility to accommodate a family of 5 like us with 3 kids in a suite, but I called before booking and that was not an option, neither the option of 2 connecting rooms.
