First of all, the staff is doing their best. They are very young and efficient (waiters especially). The reception was very helpful and helped me whenever they could. Please note: This review is mostly related to the visible results of internal hotel management policies. The breakfast is well below expectations for a hotel of this price range. Extremely limited options of nutritious and healthy food. For 3 days in a row, there was no butter. The water kettle contains remains of calcium-carbonate (water in Sarajevo is hard, so it needs to be cleaned on a regular basis). Bread is mostly white, no full grain, nutritious bread. Fruit - desperate choice. No bananas, no domestic apples (all imported). Cakes and desserts - prepared by (I assume) very young and unexperienced staff. Many tourists do not behave according to the good practice for food safety, and nobody checks that. Many of them take too much food, and there are no any hotel remarks to remind people about the importance of reducing food waste. My room had a great view, but one could see it was used many times, and that is worn out, some details should be fixed. The room also needed a more detailed cleaning, like a deep cleaning, including the windows, curtains, behind the desk etc. The bathroom looks also quite worn out.

When I booked this hotel via the Accor website I paid for part of the stay with Accor points. When I came to check out they billed me without the deduction in price that my points should have paid for. When I pointed this out, the reception refunded the overcharged amount to the credit card I had just used to pay. Then three days later they emailed me to say that I needed to pay them back the refund, as they had not been able to process the points. As the points were still missing from my account and I had paid what I was quoted when I made the booking, I pointed out that I did not owe them anything. Then three weeks later the hotel made a further unauthorised deduction of the points from my account, which they have now been taken twice. They should not have been able to do this without my authorisation. In my opinion this is dishonest behaviour by the hotel. They have behaved very unprofessionally, and just seem interested in helping themselves rather than their customer.
