I arrived early and they managed to get me checked in early, bus station is close by. Restaurants and drink shops also. Very nice staff which made me feel welcomed, I didn’t have service outside so I asked her how I can manage to get internet outside the hotel so she told me where I can buy it. The elevator was a bit scary for me but not a problem. In general the hotel was very nice and pretty. The mattress was a bit to hard for my liking but it’s not a complaint, everyone has a different opinion. When I had to check out at around 2 am I asked the Guy at the reception if he can help me get my Old SIM card in so he did and got me a taxi which I appreciate it much! Next time when I’m in Belgarde I’ll probably come back to this hotel. Thank you for having me :))

This was our second stay at Mercure, and we had another pleasant experience. Milos, who checked us in, was friendly and professional, and it was a nice touch that he recognised us and welcomed us back. We arrived quite late at night and wanted to redeem our complimentary drinks to have some fluid for the night. However the restaurant was already closed. Milos was kind enough to check and brought us bottled fruit juice. It’s the little gestures from the staff that really make a stay special. We would certainly come back again.

Had an excellent three night stay at the Mecure Excelsior Belgrade. Everything was great from the very prompt and courteous welcome, to the clean and quiet room, as well as the very good breakfast. I found all the staff extremely nice and they all had a smile and kind word for the 3 years old child we were travelling with. This made the stay even more special since he absolutely loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mercure Belgrade Excelsior from July 26 through July 29, 2026. From the moment we arrived, we were very pleased with the hotel and the overall experience. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the bathroom was excellent as well. We also enjoyed the restaurant and were very happy with the food and service. What really stood out to us, however, was the hotel staff. Everyone we encountered was wonderful—kind, courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made our stay in Belgrade even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend the Mercure Belgrade Excelsior to anyone visiting Belgrade. We had a wonderful three-night stay and would be happy to stay here again on a future visit!

The hotel is quite central but still very quiet. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The views from the 7th floot was nice. The hotel is dull, but that's probably better this way.

Had a pleasant stay. The staff is very firendly and helpfull. Got a nice upgrade to a room with an awesome view. Also got a handwritten letter with some local baking/cookies. My flight arrived early in Belgrade and i asked the staff if it was possible to check in early. That was no problem and im so happy for that. It´s a bit of a minus when the aircon only can be set to 21as the lowest. Especially when its 35-40C degrees outside. The breakfast was nice but could also be a little bit better. Would definitely pick the hotel again.

We stayed for 2 nights and had aber pleasant experience. The receptionists were friendly, polite, and making us feel welcomed. Both check-in and check-out was a breeze. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept very well. The elevator is rather small, with a capacity of 2 people. The location is excellent. Simply cross the main road to Trg Nikole Pašića, and you’ll be in the Old Town within just a few minutes’ walk.

The staff were lovely, friendly and always happy to help. They made check-in easy and were helpful with any questions or requests during my stay. They also gave really useful advice about getting around town and other things to do nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a good choice for a week-long work trip or a short holiday. The hotel is in a less busy area, but still close enough to walk easily to the high street. Overall, I had a great stay. It would suit solo travellers, couples or small families looking for somewhere peaceful but still central.
