There are very few vegetarian options in the menu No concept of mocktails Feel they could have upgraded accor member to a higher class room but unfortunately hotel was all sold out ??? In all a decent experience but falls short of expectation on the brand value

good location next to museums and squares very good choice of food for breakfast water on swimming pool was very cold, i had problems with neck after swimming in it

Liked · staff tried to be helpful despite shortcomings. found food across the street and booked me a taxi. location is good: across the street there's a place for live music Disliked · no room service (yes, I know it was the new year holidays, but that shouldn't matter in an international hotel); TV locked, one of the light in the room could not be turned off (I was advised to use the electric panel to entirely switch off power in my room!), bed side lamp not installed (impossible to plug it without moving furniture) and left luggage not fully returned. no airport shuttle
