Liked · staff tried to be helpful despite shortcomings. found food across the street and booked me a taxi. location is good: across the street there's a place for live music Disliked · no room service (yes, I know it was the new year holidays, but that shouldn't matter in an international hotel); TV locked, one of the light in the room could not be turned off (I was advised to use the electric panel to entirely switch off power in my room!), bed side lamp not installed (impossible to plug it without moving furniture) and left luggage not fully returned. no airport shuttle

This hotel has the friendliest staff and the swimming pool was amazing, we will definitely be returning again

Location of the hôtel is quiet good cause dowtown. Almost no staff speaks english , at most few Words. The F&B is very poor .
