Compact room but with all essential amenities. Bed was very comfortable! Even with the double/triple glazing, some people might struggle with the road noise (continual hum).

I have stayed at the Ibis styles Gloucester Road a few times due to its fab location: close to the natural history museum, the v&a, and a underground station that serves 3 lines: busy enough location that I felt safe walking on my own at night from the tube to the hotel. Good sized rooms, nice toiletries and really helpful staff. Will continue to book this as my London go to
