From day one had trouble with booking ,had to book seperate days And that cause a lot of problems Had a friend also meet us there and tried to join ,so much drama Receive email before we arrive asking what we would like,don't bother with that they don't read them

well located restaurant & cafe were very good excellent staff, the room was a dissapointment

we had a mini suite, on arrival the TV didn't work nor did the lights & curtains which are all operated via 2 in room tablets the tv continuously froze during the whole stay and we were woken @ 3am on the second night with the fire alarm going off which thankfully was a false alarm. Overall the stay was dissapointing.

An overnight stay before heading overseas. The hotel was first class and the staff are great. Walking distance to everything. Bag drop off was a challenge in afternoon peak hour but otherwise a fantastic hotel.
