The hotel and its staff are welcoming, the room was great and very comfortable. The breakfast was a negative for me. It took too long for the food to come out (30 mins), which for avo toast feels like a stretch. Because it starts at 7am this meant I had to eat and run to avoid being late. It also felt like it could be a bit more simple - herbs or similar on a fruit salad aren’t necessary and tasted a bit odd.

The check in staff were amazing, the hotel itself is beautiful, but my TV didn't work properly, by room service arrived incorrect and the showerhead wouldn't stay in place
