Stayed 4 nights mid-week. Fantastic location - across the road from a new metro station and 5-10 mins walk to main shopping, tourist and food locations. Good facilities, helpful staff. Room a decent size, well equipped, clean, quiet, comfy bed. BUT the room door was very difficult, needing a massive push or pull to open. Room also badly needs a second chair. Housekeeping was a bit below standard - cups not washed properly; some consumeables not replaced. Restaurant/bar very chic, but menu quite limited. Very good breakfast options and service.

Beautiful modern hotel located in the middle of Sydney CBD, super convenient. Cannot praise enough of the fantastic reception team, they are very attentive and helpful all time. Appreciate the upgrade and late check out. Thank you for the lovely stay.

One night at the Porter House in a luxury king bed room on 8th floor. Check-in was smooth although I didn’t get an upgrade despite status and availability at the time of check in. The room is really nice with all the amenities you need, however being easterly facing and the purpose of the stay was to rest, we were very disappointed to be woken up at dawn because the bathroom doesn’t have any curtains and has a glass door which makes the room very bright at first lights. No point having blackout curtains in the room if the bathroom windows have no curtains whatsoever… Restaurant was nice although it’s pretty expensive considering portions (charcuterie & cheese with a couple of slices of bread)
