I am sorry that the airport transfer vehicle was not presented properly, and we will discuss this with our outside transport contractor, as these standards are not acceptable. I also appreciate your comments regarding check in, and we will review how we can make this feel smoother and more polished. Your comments regarding pool service are well received. We agree there is an opportunity to make ordering drinks more convenient, particularly for guests relaxing on loungers or around the quieter pool near reception, and we are looking into this option. I will also remind the team to clear used glasses more promptly. Regarding the cocktails, the ingredients at both bars are the same, so we will review training with the team to ensure the preparation, balance, and consistency match the standard you enjoyed in the restaurant. I am pleased that breakfast was excellent overall, and I appreciate your comments regarding the sparkling wine communication for Platinum guests.
