We had 24 hours to wait for our flight home. The food and the atmosphere made it a nice place to wait.

Peaceful and comfortable stay. We were well welcomed and taken care of. We beautifully relaxed and ate. The food was amazing, especially the braised beef, and the suite we got was calm and soundproof. The only negative aspect is that the pool was not heated during our stay, a bit disappointing since we have a toddler who loves swimming. There were few hairs as well in the bathroom but it’s acceptable.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel. I truly appreciated the beautiful setting, the warm welcome, and the professionalism of the staff. A great experience overall and I would be happy to stay again.

I liked the hotel, very new, the room is clean and fresh, the team did their best specially at front office to accommodate us and they were very helpful. However, we didn't have any luggage assistance while checking in or out.

We checked in very early in the morning, when we got to our room around 3 AM we noticed the room was dirty and had not been cleaned. They sent up to housekeepers to try to clean it quickly so I do not feel like it was a very good deep clean in a rush job for that early in the morning I wish they would’ve put us in different room that I know had been clean since they did not vacuum or mop the floors and I’m not sure they clean the shower either as it was completely dry. We had to wait in the hallway and adjacent room while they cleaned. The staff was amazing. The food was great along with the service.

My experience with the front desk and accounting staff has been extremely disappointing. Billing errors have still not been resolved despite several follow-up emails requesting a review and correction of my invoice. Unfortunately, my emails are now going unanswered, which demonstrates a lack of professionalism and customer care. This lack of communication and customer service is very disappointing and falls well below the standard I expected. I expected much better service and support in resolving such a straightforward issue.

Their dedication to maintaining such high standards throughout my month-long stay is something I sincerely admire. Another outstanding aspect of my experience was the room service team. Every morning, my breakfast was delivered exactly at the scheduled time, allowing me to begin my workday without any disruption. I would especially like to thank Tahiana JY Herisoa, whose consistency and dedication were remarkable. For all 30 days of my stay, breakfast arrived pile à l'heure—not a single delay. This level of reliability is exceptional and deserves recognition. For a guest with a busy professional schedule, knowing that breakfast would arrive precisely on time every morning brought both convenience and peace of mind. Thank you for helping me start each day on the right note. The reception team also made a significant contribution to making my stay enjoyable and stress-free. They were always approachable, professional, and eager to assist. Whether I needed information about exchanging US dollars to Ariary, hotel services, domestic travel, or local tourism, I always received prompt, accurate, and helpful guidance. Their willingness to go beyond routine responsibilities made navigating my stay much easier. I would particularly like to express my gratitude to ANDRIANARINOSY Donnat, who consistently provided valuable guidance on complementary services available both within and around the hotel. His professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression and greatly enhanced my overall experience. The punctual breakfast deliveries, the thoughtful evening check-ins, the impeccable cleanliness, the warm smiles from the housekeeping team, and the helpful guidance from the reception staff all came together to create a welcoming environment where I could focus on my work while feeling comfortable and well cared for. My staff was enjoyable, location is perfect for our office and the staff are great. Especially Sylvano at the downstair bar area.

Excellent hotel services

My Novotel stay was very comfortable. The rooms are well appointed. I enjoyed the steam bath and indoor pool. The food quality and service in the lobby dining room was excellent to include a delicious breakfast buffet.

This was my 2nd time staying at Novotel. It was nicely situated where I needed to go; clean and friendly staff.

The indifference of the service staff and the fact that my payment was not refunded despite my cancellation within the stipulated time are very disappointing! I booked two orders in total. However, after the first night's stay, I decided to cancel the second booking. The facilities in the room were all fine, but I didn't feel the enthusiasm of a five-star hotel. The response speed of the emails was extremely slow, and the English proficiency of the staff was uneven. It's hard to understand why my money wasn't refunded when I cancelled the order within the free cancellation period and before check-in!

Very nice room, service was quite good, but there were no fridge and minibar in the room). Breakfast was wonderful.
