Room was Just fine but it should have been better if we can charge our mobile near the side table. There is no USB portal in the room. Improve the toilet videt. Imrpove the MENU in the restaurant and the staff are not attentive.

It’s very nice experience and it’s the first time I come here the checking and overly the stuff was excellent and ready to assist you anytime and I will come back soon in this hotel I am thankful for all the stuff from the GM till the security and house keeping the bar and breakfast stuff all of them they exceed my expectations and hope to see them soon .

It was ok, just noticed that there is an issue with the receptionist handover. There is a time I received call early in the morning for airport transfer which is not the case and also information mixed up with other customers when doing the payment which are few things to improve but the place is good and well maintained.

Good. The only negative points are 1- the restaurant menu is the same for a very long period now. I have already tried almost everything on the list. 2- the restaurant is most time too crowded ( no place to seat)

I have enjoyed my stay at the Hotel I liked the choice of going to Gym and Hammam a lot Breakfast was nice but to get more variety, can be improved.

Typical Ibis Hotel. Clean room. Helpful staff. wonderful pool, yard and garden. They offer airport transfer for a fee. Pricey, but good breakfast. Restaurant has a menu with a wide variety of types of food.

None of your staffs remind us foreigners need to bring passport with us when outside of hotel. Front desk lost my currency exchange receipt. You double charge my breakfast 2 out my 3 days' stay even after I clarified in the 2nd day.

Some noise on the first floor around room 124 / 126 or second floor was really annoying at some time.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Always willing to help. We stayed in the hotel with another family, two of them as well as my husband ate the Zebu all got very sick afterwards. My husband was sick to his stomach for 5 days! The rest of us also go very upset stomachs. . I also would feel the plates a little dirty. The Eden fitness area, sauna and steam room are what made that stay worth its price plus the accessibility to the malls and other important arrears on Tana. Gorgeous spa and extremely clean and very well designed! The bathroom were beautiful. Wifi in ur room ..!

The room was smelling food and i had to shift the room during the night I have requested for a suite, which was not available when in fact there was one free

No complaint. EVerything was ready and checked in quick. Room clean and tidy. Need to improve room service. Two incident, one they forgot the order and had to call them and finally got my dinner after 2 hrs. Second, they wrongly took the order and sent me something else.

All good . Try to increase some more options on veggie menu which will attract lots of indian Asian travelers. Breakfast is not at all suitable for vegetarians
