Good location, although in a very populated area, great staff, room with not enough place to store clothes, no mini bar to keep cold personal things, noisy due to renovation, low-quality breakfast and food, outrageous prices for airport transfers.

Lot of noise all day due to ongoing construction work. Bad location. Expensive food compared to other hotels in Tana. Hotel wants to charge 80 EUR for the airport transfer, while normal price for an airport taxi is 70000 Ariary (15 EUR): this is not acceptable.

It was comfortable as always. The Ibis Antananarivo staff are very professional and well trained. It made my stay even better. I would simply add that if the rooms could have a "do not disturb" sign for the cleaning crew, instead of them having to knock and ask. It would be even better.

The Ibis in Antananarivo is certainly a good hotel with well maintained property and courteous, efficient staff. The restaurant too was fine and the breakfast offered a wide choice. Although the room rates, high by Madagascar standards, is understandable, I was shocked by the high amount they charged for a taxi from the airport shared by four passengers. They should review it.

The Ac not working properly. Tried to cool down the room but the temperature remained at 26-27 degrees. It was very uncomfortable to sleep.

Stay was average for an Accor group Hotel. Understand that the Hotel is in Antananarivo but simple things like door looks locking you in your room, A/C not working no iron no hairdryer and generally low quality service for someone who pays for the best rooms when travelling it's pretty disappointing. The bed was comfortable and WiFi was ok.
