4 days in quarantine. Altogether a brief, but good stay. Room was quiet. All facilities worked well. Food was delivered on time and was good. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Was good in general. Could just be great if we where served tea and coffee twice a day as we are in isolation

hello, Cleaning services needs to be revisited, you cannot use the same piece of cloth to clean the toilet seat and the sink . also good to remove the thick dust under the bed.

Good Hotel, good service, rooms are very good, do something about your personnel English (sometime they have difficulty to understand what I am trying to say, and I had the wrong meal).

Typical Ibis Hotel. Clean room. Helpful staff. wonderful pool, yard and garden. They offer airport transfer for a fee. Pricey, but good breakfast. Restaurant has a menu with a wide variety of types of food.

Ibis hotel in the middle of Tana is a haven amidst the business of the city. We were shuttled to the airport several times, and all our requests were dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner. The food was really good.

There was a very big group of people during my stay, singing at 6:30 am in the morning. I had to ask 4 times to change the room before they did it.. The breakfast is not worth the 15 euros. Ok otherwise

Charges for breakfast and dinner was not properly recorded. Extra charges on breakfast was include into the bill when breakfast was not taken on the day I check in. Food orders was not taken seriously and tends to forget orders. Food serving speed was slow too.

From the receptionists to the chamber maids everyone was polite and welcoming. The rooms in the Ibis Hotel were kept sparkling clean. It is the only hotel i would stay in on my next visit to Antananarivo!

This IBIS hotel features many (very) positive aspects. It is quite a new building and its interior and design is fresh and up-to-date. The rooms have the usual IBIS interior, including a mini fridge, adequate WiFi and a nice view. The restaurant and bar provide good services and the menu is fine with a interesting selection of dishes, both local and international cuisine, Most importantly the staff provides personal attention with a smile. The hotel is on a secure and guarded location, but it can take a 15-20 minutes to the center and more than 30 minutes to the airport. For trips outside Tana its location is perfect and its nextdoor to a small shopping gallery
