Very welcoming and helpful staff. They came to solve every single issue I had.

I was welcomed by ever smiling staff from the driver who picked me at the airport, the receptionist, waiters and even the cleaning staff. The hotel is well maintained.

Overall, Ibis is an excellent hotel with amazing amenities, delicious food and beverage service, and comfortable rooms. However, there are a couple of issues that I encountered recently, and I thought it's essential to bring them to your attention. Firstly, I must mention that I faced some uncomfortable situations with regards to hotel security profiling. On two separate occasions, while heading to work, security officers chased after me to inquire whether I was checking out. This made me feel uneasy and somewhat frustrated. Similarly, my partner was also subjected to profiling, being asked for their ID, despite her name being added to the room reservation. Nevertheless, I appreciate the prompt action taken by the hotel management in addressing my concerns. The manager, whom I spoke to, was genuinely apologetic, and Ms. Junniata Dilavaraly provided me with fantastic assistance by relocating me to a larger room. Their efforts to rectify the situation were commendable. While these experiences were not ideal, I believe it's crucial to highlight both the positives and opportunities for improvement. We must encourage discussions that lead to a better guest experience. Let's keep the conversation going!

Welcoming and assistance

One observation - air conditioning was very weak and the room was somewhat hot
