Satisfactory experience. Was expecting much better as the hotel forms part of the Accor group. Group for which I worked in the past. The AC of all rooms were standardized and were set on 25 degrees. The team could do nothing about it for one day as there was no technician but same was rectified on the next day. Thanks to Bemo from reception Croissants and pain aux chocolats for breakfast were always cold. There were maintenance works ongoing in the hotel which was a little disturbing. Finally, the Netflix app on the Tv in the room was never working. Maybe if same can be reviewed Overall satisfactory experience but I believe that the overall service can be improved

The AC units didn't work in the rooms they had them cut off for winter. It's not even cold there.

Good location, although in a very populated area, great staff, room with not enough place to store clothes, no mini bar to keep cold personal things, noisy due to renovation, low-quality breakfast and food, outrageous prices for airport transfers.

Lot of noise all day due to ongoing construction work. Bad location. Expensive food compared to other hotels in Tana. Hotel wants to charge 80 EUR for the airport transfer, while normal price for an airport taxi is 70000 Ariary (15 EUR): this is not acceptable.

It was comfortable as always. The Ibis Antananarivo staff are very professional and well trained. It made my stay even better. I would simply add that if the rooms could have a "do not disturb" sign for the cleaning crew, instead of them having to knock and ask. It would be even better.

The Ibis in Antananarivo is certainly a good hotel with well maintained property and courteous, efficient staff. The restaurant too was fine and the breakfast offered a wide choice. Although the room rates, high by Madagascar standards, is understandable, I was shocked by the high amount they charged for a taxi from the airport shared by four passengers. They should review it.
