There was noise just above my room. I called the reception and requested for a room change, but the lady who answered the call refused. I had to go down to the reception and insisted changing the room. That’s when they allowed to put me in another room.

Good experience. The staff are very helpful and friendly. However, the rooms should be equipped with basic toiletries, as not every guest remembers to carry their own
