check in too slow, a check in of 35 minutes, without waiting for other guests, only for our check in is unacceptable, especially for gold member. and wlecome drink was at first time refused, only after asking second time we recieved, bar not open is another minus point. energy tax of 2,5 euros should be included, by booking via it was clearly mentioned INCLUDED TAXES AND COSTS.

internationally speaking my highlights: - no international calls with my company possible for payment - no previous payment possible - credit card was mistakenly written on another room, i figured out when I tried to book food on my room (there was no credit card on my room they said) - Room service has not taken away dishes from food I ordered in the hotel - Bed was made from room service like a 8 year old did it - ne newspaper in the morning - To get the room payed from my company my collogue need to call them, because they couldn't call internationally - MY toilet roller was broken and a screw looked out -the wifi needed to be added with a written code everyday new on each device (at least a qr code would make this easier) - On my bill is the breakfast on the day of arrival ( I arrived at 8 pm) and no breakfast of the last day where I had breakfast Positive the stuff was really nice and tried to help, but I doubt anyone worked in a hotel or has a prropper education in this field. Food was really nice

Not recommend. Very old Mercure faling apart. Bad service. Poor English. We wanted just the keys at 14.40 because we had an appointment at 15.00. They would not give us any room...while at 9.00 the cleaning lady knocked at our room. So don't tell us we can't have one 20 min before. Parking is 25 euros which is ridiculous for a place outside the city. Finally they wanted us to pay 40 euros extra while my reservation clearly showed that I fully paid. It took 3 people to clear this. Do not go there. Worst mercure I have ever been

We have been received by the only staff in duty at reception who do not speak English. We have been assigned two rooms at 30 degrees C inside and with the Air conditioner Out of order in both rooms. We have arrived at 4h00 pm and asked the housekeeper to put the A/C on. After 1 hour still no cooling and error message on the control unit. We complained to the reception staff who told us no access to technical staff. We reminded him that hotel is described as having air conditioner and asked him TO CHANGE THE ROOMS. He assigned finally two rooms in two different FLOORS whereas it was a mandatory request from our end to have two nearby rooms and DEFINITELY AT THE SAME FLOOR.Because of my handicapped autistic daughter. We have an EU valide Handicapped Parking card and despite the bad adventure with AC in the rooms, reception refused to offer us parking with free of charge. THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT BEAR THE MARK OF MERCURE ! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. CONTACT ME AT the situation is real serious
