Rubbery Chicken Salad and Fudge Cake

Well the Queen Jasmine has informed me of her awful experience, she went for a lovely (not so lovely) meal with her mum. They were so excited to be there, actually ecstatic, but she called me (she was not a happy bunny!, as she was feeling extra healthy and went for a chicken ceaser salad, and the chicken was a rubbery mess, and then she thought you know what after this experience, I’ll get a chocolate fudge cake to cheer me up ! Oh nooo that didn’t happen it made her even more upset, and rightly so as you can clearly see in the picture attached it says hot fudge cake with double cream, I mean wow doesn’t that sound yummy but no it comes with whipped cream and berries all over it, mess! So if you are eating I recommend to avoid and to not have an unhappy misses.

My stay at this hotel was made extra special by John a receptionist His personality friendly attitude and willingness to help made my overnight stay a most pleasant experience whilst the rest of the staff were polite and friendly John shone above others

Super friendly reception. I would especially like to pick out the excellent friendly service, restaurant, by Bolton kass, Zara. Always a smile and a cheerful word for everyone. Travelling into or out of Stansted, this is the most human pkace to stay. I've tried all the others and they don't compare!

I have stayed at this hotel good a few times but my last rip here was November 22 booked for 1 night as flying out next day.. Dimitar went above and beyond, this guy was so so helpful, friendly and professional.. everyone needs a Dimitar working for them... I have booked again for June so I really hope he is on Reception.. Dimitar you are worth your weight in Gold

Stayed for a day retreat and then overnight , room was really clean , staff are amazing , Sam on reception and a big thanks too Sanjay and Vlad for the lovely food , looking forward to a return visit in March
