Ibis is a lovely place.The hotel is very clean.My room was very clean on arrival and well maintained to all my stay.Bathroom was clean and the shower was clean nice towels and great cleaning.The room was spacious and very comfortable

The place is so clean. The room was perfectly clean and very spaciouse. The bathroom was clean and had fresh towels.the shower was clean. Great houseekeping. I really love this place. Is it very clouse to shopping centre

Perfect base for Abba Arena

Perfect base for Abba Arena. Booked twin room with breakfast. Bedroom was small but clean and well designed. Breakfast was lovely. Hot and cold buffet style, plenty of choice. Very near to Westfield so great for shopping, restaurants and bars.

Basic room did the job but food disappointing

I stayed here for one night when attending a workshop. The location was excellent considering it was not in zone 1 and hotel is a 5 minute walk to was sup the tube. For a budget/basic room, the price was a bit higher than expected and there was no bathtub (I like a bath) but it is very accessible to central London so you pay for that. The food is why this didn't get 5/5. The fish and chips were so disappointing - potentially the worst I've had in a hotel...soggy fish and oven chips. I paid for it before it arrived and afterwards, no one asked if it was ok or if I enjoyed it. That's £15 I should have spent by taking a walk. Overall, yes, I'd recommend this if you are looking for a quick-stop budget hotel with accessibility to tube. But eat elsewhere or at least don't eat the soggy fish and oven chips.

Comfy and clean.

Very handily situated for public transport. 10 mins walk from train station. Welcomed and checked in early.. Check out is 12 so no rush. The twin room was clean and comfy. We only got one large towel each, no hand towels which was disappointing. The breakfast was really super.. A lot of choice and great fresh coffee.
