All of our party had a great evening meal. Excellent service from Amy who poured an wonderful Guinness!! Would highly recommend for anyone with an early flight the next day. Rooms are very nice and clean.

Despite the busy evening, Vlad conducted himself very well, extremely attentive with guest requests and was a pleasure to be served by him! I thoroughly enjoyed my evening despite my flight being cancelled. Vlad made my evening so much better- See you again soon Vlad!

As on previous visits we had a one night stay that was good. Staff are helpful and friendly rooms are comfortable and has all that you need. If we have one thing to complain about was the cold breakfast it was the same last time we stayed, had breakfast at 7.30am so guessing the food had been out since 6am.

Disappointing housekeeping standards and breakfast compensated for by an amazing dinner. Special mention to Dimitri, a superb waiter with nothing but your enjoyment at heart, and Nicola at the bar whose personality made every purchase fun.

Jarrse Business - TripAdvisor review

Check in - 5 deep queue, dealt with slowly with 2/3 desks open. No warmth, friendliness or apology from the receptionist I got. Totally uninterested in the fact that the parking fees for overnight parking charged (£10) were different from the ones on the board outside (£8). Room - decent size, bed fine, shower fine, carpet stained in several places and overall a bit tired, not exactly grubby but only a ring or two above. Wi-Fi was fine but main problem was lack of a decent space to work - there was a table that you can move near to power socket but chair is awful. Bar - limited selection but staff good. Ate in the bar and food was fine and came swiftly. Tried this one as the Premium Inn at Stansted had abysmal or non existent Wi-Fi both times I stayed there (and could not get 4G) Is it worth the premium over budget hotels? No. The search goes on for an adequate hotel near Stansted.
