Comfortable, fulfilled expectations Staff were engaging and helpful. Welcoming and happy to assist. Decor was somewhat underwhelming but still fresh and modern. Clean and well maintained. The staff made it entirely! Coming from a long hospitality background it was enjoyable to see staff whom enjoyed making everything a better experience. Hat goes off to the individual who suggested setting off from Cockfosters to pop into Camden for the day after we checked out great advice and greatly appreciated.

Pretty good, check in great, got extra milk etc, room a bit too warm and didn't open window due to rpad traffic, good choice of breakfast, service great.

Stayed over for a colleagues wedding. I paid 80 something pounds for the room for a Friday night. In all honesty, had I paid two thirds of this, I would have overpaid. Everything was brown and shabby and didn’t feel very clean. The staff were all nice and helpful though but the reality is this is a hotel that no one has spent money on in 15 years. Better off with a travel lodge/ premiere inn.
