Prefect place. Very good hotel, very good service. The rooftop is so great with the piscine. I was here for work and the wifi works good, and we have a good co-working place. I will come back in the futur for sure.And Bangkok is a very good place.Thanks for all.

It was an impressive service. Mr. Pond gave very sincere advice and seemed friendly and warm. I think I will go back here again because I like the atmosphere and view of the shop. This hotel has always been my top choice in bkk. Besides its clean and spacious rooms, the staff is helpful and courteous. Special shout out to restaurant staff, Cream for rendering her service by going an extra mile. A bubbly and cheerful staff whom made an effort to recommend the various go-to night markets and check on my lunch experience in the hotel. Another thumb up goes to concierge staff, Tony for assisting me in my baggage issues just before my check out. Thanks so much to both and Congrats to Mercure Ibis for having such wonderful gems!
