I asked several times to the front desk to fix my toilets. Each day they said they will. After 5 days they never fix it, it was almost impossible to sit on it. I even had a guy who pretend to call someone to fix it immediately, guess what he probably calls nobody. At more than 1000€ the week it's astonish to have a so low service.

It seems like something else disguised as an hotel. Expensive, weird and AC is not always working. The bar is limited. Try harder

Airline staff all stay here between flights. Breakfast was great with a big selection. The room was clean and everything worked. On the other hand, bar service was awful. Staff disinterested and slow. No service by the pool including towels. On checking in the receptionist told me my rate didn’t include breakfast but when I checked my reservation, it did so she corrected it. Don’t bother ordering a bar snack as it will be sent to your room even though I made it clear we were at the pool bar so it was cold when eventually arrived. The physical aspects of the hotel were ok with plenty of parking but service really lets this place down. I’d stay somewhere else next time if there were more choice
