The air-conditioning not working at all in the first room assigned to me as a guest with Diamond Status with Accor Group Hotels. Nobody (technician) was available at 3:30-4 pm to fix the issue (lack of maintenance on air filters). After more than 1 hour and 2 attempts I finally managed to convince the receptionist to assign me another room (I was downgraded). In the 2nd room, the safe and the kettle were also not working. Upon check-out I was still charged to maximum price...It is not really acceptable for a 4-star hotel and taking into account that I have the highest loyalty level with Accor Hotel Group (Diamond status)...

We are sincerely sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the air conditioning issue and the inconvenience caused by the change of suite. Please allow us to clarify that you were initially offered a complimentary upgrade. Unfortunately, after the air conditioning issue occurred, the hotel was fully booked that evening and no equivalent suite was available. To accommodate you as quickly as possible, we relocated you to a Classic Suite, which corresponded to your original reservation. We also regret that the safe and kettle in your replacement suite were not functioning properly. Please rest assured that your comments have been shared with our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams, and the necessary corrective actions are being implemented to help prevent similar issues from recurring. We would also like to sincerely apologize for the time it took to resolve the situation. We fully understand how frustrating and disappointing this experience must have been, and we regret that we were unable to provide the seamless stay you rightfully expected. As a token of our appreciation for your loyalty and to thank you for your understanding, we are pleased to confirm that your upcoming stay with us in October has already been upgraded from a Classic Suite to a Privilege Suite.
