I made a booking but cancelled and couldn't get the same room. But Rofi, got a room and an extra bed to accommodate my family. I usually hate staying in hotels, but this time..... I felt so cared for, and so very seen. The staff here took such good care of our family and to those around us! George and the restaurant staff were so lovely. May God bless your hotel and all the staff. Although I paid for a service, it felt like I was being taken care by family. Thankyou.

Great location, close to the bars, Convention Centre and the DFO. Short walk to the Casino and into the city. Accommodation was comfortable, plenty of space and great amenities. Staff were very professional in their approach to their role,especially George the concierge who was extremely helpful and entertaining. A stones throw to everything you would like to do on a vacation in Melbourne.

I really loved this hotel. It’s new, clean, beautiful, and very quiet — a perfect place to relax. I stayed here for 4 nights on the 26th floor, and overall the experience was great. There was a small thing worth mentioning: occasionally, I could hear a light noise that sounded a bit like metal or the roof making crackling sounds 😄 But it wasn’t too disturbing and didn’t affect my stay much. The dinner was delicious and better than expected. The staff were amazing — very friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their service really made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I truly enjoyed staying here. If I have the chance, I would definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful New Year Stay We had a fantastic New Year stay at Novotel Melbourne South Wharf. The service was warm, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. We recently stayed at the Novotel Melbourne and found the room comfortable and the location very good. However, the lift access to and from the rooms was extremely frustrating. Wait times were excessive, often only for the lift to arrive already full. On several occasions we ended up taking the stairs, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, this issue significantly impacted our stay and would make us reconsider staying here again.
