I am a Amex Platinum Card holder and now Accor Plus member. I looked up my emails for the ACCOR PLUS MEMBERSHIP DETAILS AND SANTOsh Kumar Thakur sent me a welcome email on the 6th March - signed by Renae Trimble and referring to a digital membership card. I clicked on the email and nothing took me to a digital card. I then downloaded 3 accor apps - none of them having a digital MEMBERSHIP CARD or details. None of them right apparently or searchable under Accor I then booked 1 nights accommodation X 2 rooms friday 5th April through expedia for $120 each room. timothy D. ref 90…7 & other room Kit Man Chan Ref 90…6. On arrival at the hotel, I checked in. I then came back to confirm my benefits and registration of the Accor- the guaranteed discount on room rates, food discounts and complimentary beverage o arrival plus recording of the two rooms in my account / points. I also asked about access. I was shown a fourth app called "ALL"??????? i WAS THEN TOLD NO DISCOUTN TO MY ROOM RATE, NO RECORDING OF THE STAY IN MY POINTS ATTANMENT / room stays recorded. WHAT A FIRST WELCOMER FOR A NEW MEMBER. Even though I would have provided more dollars supposedly, still not prepared to address the benefits and welcome me? "no we can't do that". Your comms don't

Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, no free parking is a crime. Otherwise very friendly staff!
