Amazing, Owen was the best on the bar he managed to replenish our drinks regularly. Excellent communicator, very funny and entertaining. What an excellent experience we had here, definitely recommend for a detox trip. Literally a retreat!

I joined my daughter in Dubai as a surprise for her at the retreat which she choose. From the moment we walked in we felt like all the staff were family.. so welcoming, friendly, polite and happy to talk, help us all the time.. from Basma (one day I will find the cake stand !) Christoper, Nathaniel , Caroline, mateo, manager of restaurant hamad, Leena, Patrick by pool and all beach drinks bar staff.. wonderful! The food was lovely and we even had gulab jamun and ladoos! And so so kind of the staff to make us a goodbye cake.. we will definitely return.. the guitar man in restaurant too did excellent music to make atmosphere wonderful.. to our new family, heartfelt thanks from miss Chand and Priti Patel..😘💕🙏🌹To all staff be blessed always..🥰❤️

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—special thanks to Ghizlane and Amjad for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended
