I had a great time with my family at this hidden gem !!! Everything was very satusfying and hotel staff were extremely professional !! Starting with the smooth check in done by the super nice Mr Timothy, all pool staff and room service! We enjoyed the pool and the buffet was tasty. Im not an easy person to please but honestly, this whole experience got me hooked on that hotel. Thank you guys for everything.

We really enjoyed our time there and it was fabulous experience moreover I want to appreciate the staff was so friendly and helpful finally I can’t forget the gorgeous decor and romantic touch that we found in our room. I am absolutely sure we will back again soon.

Lot of problem during check-in. no enough beach loungers. Price / Quality of service ratio is really poor. Do not know if it is same issue in other hotel in Dubai. I usually used Accor hotels and never have this issues previously

In the beginning, I am an Accor staff who works in Saudi Arabia and Australia. Unfortunately, the check-in process did not reach the Accor standards ( to be honest it is the worst check-in I have ever had). As the hotel manager and the front office manager, you have to concentrate on training the encounter employees because they deliver the first impression to the guest.

A fantastic hotel with truly exceptional staff. The lady on reception (her name began with a 'C'!) was outstanding - extremely welcoming, helpful and charming. I would definitely recommend this amazing hotel. The bracelet which my wife received was a very nice touch and the decor of the hotel was outstanding.

This hotel makes a fabulous first impression. Smells divine, staff are all so welcoming, amazingly dressed and all round fabulous. Excellent breakfast, very busy at certain popular times but the staff did well to manage this, maybe some guests need to learn better spatial awareness & some manners! My only fault at breakfast were the hot food does need to be hotter-beans/hash browns etc, and the flies! Didn’t notice any traps etc and with the proximity to the beach/doors open it’s difficult to manage. Rooms were very clean & spacious, we had an incredible sea view.

This was our family stay at the retreat. Anas and the team at reception were fantastic. We have been upgraded to a suite. Anas catered to every request and need that we had. The breakfast was very good. If you stay there you should try it. Special thanks to Amit from the housekeeping department whose energy was boundless for every demand we had. There is a lot of diversity and quality as well.

I am very surprised that Sofitel associates its name to this hotel. Just about everything was bad except the small “beach”. Ugly building, awful staff, terrible food. I could go on. I am a Platinum member and was upgraded. What do other rooms look like? They have an app with services and one of them is wake-up calls. I requested one at 4 in the morning but got none. The staff did not even apologize. Luckily I did not trust them and woke up with my phone.

One of the best stays in my life at any hotel/resort. I like the idea of a wellness resort with healthy food and drinks across the resort with no alcohol served. The overall atmosphere and environment of the place is extremely happy/relaxing. People are happy and that includes staff and resort guests. All in all, wonderful experience, I definitely intend to do it again, for even a longer period. I initially booked for one night, however, I like it a lot that it turned out to be three nights. I even though I had non-refundable bookings at other resorts but I liked it a lot here that I wanted to stay longer.

We came to Dubai to relax and to visit the Expo and the Hotel granted for a very relaxing time. We arrived at 11:00 PM and had a quick and friendly checkin where we got a complete set of informations. We had a room in the 7th floor with the right to use the club lounge. Our room to the beach side was very quiet. We booked our room with half board and were quite satisfied by the quality of food as well during breakfast as during dinner. Even during peak hours the service by Sola, Sruthi, Tracy Islam, Mahmoud, Maaz, Marcus, Shenawy Santhosh, Hassan Sharkool and Prateek was always very friendly and fast, They also mentioned the possibility to order dishes like eggs, omelettes etc. to be prepared. Everybody worked hard to serve best and leaving the Restaurant after the meal, they said thank you before I had the chance to do so for the perfect service. The room was always clean and tidy and we were always asked, whether we needed an extra towel etc. The club lounge with its panoramic view and a nice buffet is a good place to relax. We were always received very friendly, got informations quick and even being a buffet, got coffee and tea served at the table. We also used the SPA and god a friendly and competent service. We had a great time at the Retreat.
