Bad service from reception team. Even after informing them during checkout and on call. I haven’t recieved final invoice.

I stayed there for 2 nights and everything was fine (checked in 31Oct middle night, checked out 02Nov, room no 120) but unfortunately I have lost my Laptop so kindly please check with the concerned Department and looking forward to hearing from your side thanks.

I recently had a stay at ibis dubai hotel but everything was so amazing and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I wanna thank the reception team and the staff from engineering team helped me to unlock my room washroom which was locked by itself and he unlock in few seconds.
