The bathroom was not cleaned at all while I was staying. The cups used for tea or coffee were also not cleaned, I got one out of the cupboard and it was dirty so had to wash it before using it and the tea was not topped up. All my other stays have been very good and the room always clean. I had room service breakfast one day but the eggs were overcooked so rubbery. This was disappointing. The rest of the stay was good and the restaurant meals were great.
