It was well-located and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. But WHY does it take SOOOO long to check in? Your check-in process seems excessively long

Overall, I’m not fully satisfied. The restaurant service is a bit slow and the only price I was able to get was with breakfast included (there was no other option as in all other locations). Tried to keep my fidelity, but that’s not fair.

The whole experience was very pleasant. From parking service, to front desk and restaurant. Wi-fi was really fast, which helped me a lot while working, it is very well located, in a walking distance of a mall. Very clean, great breakfast, very good restaurant... It was really nice staying at Novotel Criciúma.
