Our superior room was very nice. The bed was more than big enough and we slept well. The room was spacious. The evening we arrived it was dark and wet, and to get to our room we had to use outdoor and indoor corridors. As a wheelchair user it felt tough going. In hindsight, I should have booked an accessible room. The decor was a little bit outdated but we were fine with that. I couldn't get the heating to work efficiently but that may well have been user error! We had room service and the food was absolutely delicious. One little gripe, the room's landline telephone we had to use for ordering room service was quite dirty. I was too tired to ask for it to be cleaned but I have no doubt that if requested, it would have been delt with. Facilities for our dogs were excellent. The courtyard was perfect for them both in the evening and the morning. Our breakfast experience was excellent. I would recommend the eggs royale. Throughout our stay absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were friendly but remained professional and super efficient.

Comfortable hotel with a good location. Bathroom light continually flashed which was annoying. Breakfast items not restocked very quickly however there was a good choice.

The service was excellent, breakfast as great. The room could have been cleaner especially the skirting boards!!
