My final receipt was sent incorrectly and I did not receive it on time. I got it almost a month later. I will definitely won't stay in this hotel again.

I was expecting more form Ibis. But it was a little depressing, look like needs attention to little details. Like towels, and paint in te rooms breakfast was poorly made. Concept OK. But need a little more love.

Worst hotel experience ever!!

I got robbed for my prescription sunglasses while i was away from my room. I went to the front desk to complain and continued with my day. When i returned to my room later that night my glasses magically appeared on my bed. Never again will i stay here .

Overall the stay was good but my car trunk was broke into my spare tire was stollen, a bag of clothes as well and the lock of my trunk was ruined. I reported the incident to the hotel but they said they were not responsible for the parking lot, but the hotel could benefit from installing cameras as well as having a night guard.

This hotel is the worst hotel, room wasn’t clean at time of arrival, bathroom smelled like public toilet; bathroom and shower extremely small also the room even the suite was extremely small. Employees was rude poor customer service…. In top of everything that hotel doesn’t have anything NOT POOL, NOT LAUNDRY, NOTHING…
