I had the best sleep here. Room with lots of ventilation facing lots of trees. Manager of hotel is really nice.

We spent almost 2 weeks, and everything was almost great except for a few small problems with one of the elevators. People at the reception and the cleaning ladies are awesome.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Pasaje de Montejo. Rooms are somewhat small, but well equipped. The only negative aspect is that neither of the two staff members in charge of the bar know how to make a Margarita, or any other drink.
