The facilities were very nice. However, the room’s temperature was very warm, and when we opened the windows it was very loud from the street outside. Better temperature control in the rooms would have been ideal.

We stayed here during a three week visit across Brazil and Peru, and this was one of the best accommodations we had during this vacation! Nice, comfortable rooms and staff that went above and beyond to help with anything needed (and they gave delicious restaurant recommendations).
