The location and the old town are very beautiful. An ok access to the hotel and a stand alone parking lot at a 150 m walking distance. Access to parking could be better facilitated as guests struggle with opening the parking doors with codes; one might need to carry their luggage from the parking to the hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a very nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The furniture in the room was a bit clunky, and there were some electricity issues that affected TV screen and lighting. The downstairs spa space is small, but comfortable and clean, with a sauna, a hamam, and a swimming pool with one massage stand. It’s perfect when there’s no more than 3-4 people in the spa. The dinner was nice but some dishes were a little heavy and the wine selection was disappointing. Very good starters, main course felt overcooked and salty. Breakfast, which is paid additionally, is a traditional French petit dejeuner, with mostly sweet pastry and a plate of French cheese. No fresh vegetables are served which is a minus for international guests. The best part of the experience is the staff: very friendly and helpful, gracious and polite. Overall, a good experience but slightly overpriced considering minor weakness that could be easily corrected.

We regret that your dinner did not live up to your expectations. Rest assured that this is not in keeping with the usual quality of service at our table. Finally, please allow us to point out that, contrary to what you claim, several vegetables, both raw and cooked, as well as various savoury options are available at our breakfast buffet. Our staff would like to thank you sincerely for your comments about their kindness and availability. This is a real point of honour for each member of our team. Welcome by the Staff, very pleasant. The bedroom very nice, and clean. The bar and the living/library room are extremely nice and pleasant to stay. The only little inconvenient is the parking for the car, in Winter is a little far away, and when you arrive at night, not pleasant at all. Moreover, the price per day 25Euros is expensive.

extremely relaxing and delicious stay; very knowledgeable sommelier Steve at the restaurant not to mention top class kitchen! The breakfast brioche is the artform!:-) the location could not be better: very quite and relaxing yet centrally located within 20-30min of main "attraction towns" of Alsace. Definitely coming back!
