Ms. Priyanshi noted my request of prior information regarding false fire alarm in the hotel and has shared the intimation over WhatsApp prior to fire drill. This helped me to be at ease. Triggering of False alarm in the hotel is the reason why I stopped staying at Accor properties in India. Really appreciate the diligence of staff who hears and takes care of the customer feedback and request.

I stayed for 2 nights, alone, travelled for business. First of all the rooms are small, though have all required amenities. Location is excellent. I have major issue with the food/buffet layout. The food was repetitive - food items were repeated in lunch and dinner. Same/similar starters and other veges on all days that I had my food there. The F&B staff have attitude problem and service is slow. Breads took forever to be served, finished my lunch/dinner before I was served.
