I had a one night stay at the property. The location is good. Conveniently located from the Airport. Checkin was smooth. The room was a bit cramped. AC was powerful and silent. The room was clean and required amenities were all there. Water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Service at the poolside and during breakfast was extremely slow. I ordered few items which were delivered to my table after reminders. To summarize, quick and efficient service would have really made my experience better.

The staff was very courteous, and the food was very nice - healthy, hygienic, and tasty. The layout and decor of the room, and especially the bathroom, need improvement. The toilet, for example, could have a better shape for a cleaner flush, the hand jet near it was leaky, the towel rod was placed above the toilet block, which was rather inconvenient, and there was no luggage rack to hold the suitcases.
