We had the most incredible stay at Grand Mercure Gandhinagar! From the moment we walked in, we felt enveloped in warmth and love. Stay was nice but food was not up to the mark

Stay was pleasant and rooms were cozy but as a person who prefer jain diet was a biggest problem I faced in my 2 day stay, our package includes breakfast but on 1st day when we asked that we prefer jain diet they had nothing to offer also on 2nd day after several times asking they prepared us sandwich and paneer paratha but the taste was okayish, as a frequent traveler I had never faced food related in good property outside Gujarat as well but this was to in Gujarat, it was unacceptable, also the staff was good at speaking but didn’t action, super disappointed by the service
