Accor member, MD of an international company. Asked our agent to book with Novotel total of 60 nights (6 ppl). Not eligible for points as "didnt book direct". 7th floor (left of elevator) very bad sewage smell most of the time in the corridor. Room shower head leaking. Toilet wash head with rust. Garden seats without pillows until requested (every day). Charged twice for dinner on one of the 11 dates (didn't have time to argue, paid). 2 of 3 lifts out of service too many times during the stay Over all very disappointed. The arrangement of rooms and washroom could have been better planned. Had issue with the commode and washroom items from the first day. Though staff response was very nice, the hotel needs to focus on its infra and items more.
