Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the condition of the washroom. We completely understand your disappointment, particularly as the room should have been thoroughly inspected and found in proper condition before being handed over to you. A clogged washroom is certainly not the experience we aim to provide our guests. Your feedback has been taken seriously and shared with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams to reinforce the importance of detailed room inspections, especially for washroom functionality, prior to every room being released for arrival.
