Even I was informed with staff that I will check out after 12 pm because I have to go station at 3 pm staff confirm it but when we start checking out they demanded one day extra payment for stay two hours extra although I informed that my bags are packed and kindly remove it and handed over key but they do not taken it and my key 🗝️ suspended . Although finally I not given extra money but many of my friends hotel charged 15000 rupees for only two hours extra stay. I will complaint it in consumers forums such that you can not repeat it with others all records of payment you have taken for 2 hours full Day payment are with us. This type of attitude are not acceptable with corporate bookings. Very bad never want to visit in your hotels with you like cheap hotels

We would like to share that the standard check-out time at Novotel Ahmedabad is 12:00 noon, and room keys are programmed accordingly unless a late check-out has been confirmed. We are flexible in giving the late depatures but the requests for late departure are always subject to availability and hotel occupancy. We were pleased to extend an early check-in to you at 11:10 hrs on the day of arrival as a courtesy, without any additional charges. We trust this added convenience contributed positively to your stay. On the day of departure, as the hotel was operating at a high occupancy level, the room was required for incoming guests. While we understand that your luggage was packed and the key had been presented, the room remained occupied beyond the standard check-out time, which led our team to follow the standard departure process. The temporary deactivation of the key was an automated system function aligned with the scheduled check-out time. We would also like to reassure you that, in consideration of our valued corporate association, no late check-out charges were applied. Any inconvenience caused during this process is sincerely regretted, and your feedback regarding the communication has been noted for further review. We value our relationship with our guests and corporate partners and remain committed to delivering a professional, transparent, and courteous experience at all times. F&B was not upto mark not with food but they way they talk anyways since I am regular visitor I think they ignored my request I did not raise a ticket there due to your chirstmas celebrations before and after.
