We had a wonderful dining experience at Novotel Ahmedabad. The food was absolutely delicious, well-presented, and full of flavor. A special mention to Chef Mintu, who went out of his way to prepare custom cuisines for us exactly as per our preferences — truly appreciated and made our experience memorable. Heartfelt thanks to Satish, who was serving us. His service was extremely courteous, attentive, and professional. He made sure we were comfortable throughout and added a personal touch to the entire experience. Overall, great hospitality, amazing food, and a team that truly cares about guest satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Novotel during a family wedding in the city. The hotel was close to the location and hence perfectly suited. Platinum status was well honoured with an upgrade at the time of check-in. The service was quick and prompt, the staff was all lovely. Recommended stay.

had a very bad check-out at Novotel hotel last week. No staff came to help with my heavy bags even after I asked at the reception. I was suffering from bad knee pain, but still I had to carry everything myself. I slowly dragged the bags down the staircase. Every step was hurting a lot and I almost fell once. Finally I brought the bags to ground alone and loaded them into the cab. I felt ignored and very disappointed with the service. Not at all expected from the brand like NOVOTEL 👎👎👎👎👎
