Room was excellent as we were upgraded to a suite, clean well maintained hotel and restaurant staff and chefs can't do enough for you. The hotel common restroom on the ground floor was filthy for a so called 5-star hotel. Room lights in the lobby didn’t work. Flush was broken, didn’t get fixed despite my requests. Restaurant - The Square: The staff and waiters were catering only to a group of overseas visitors. Some staff whose responsibility was to serve, were chit chatting away with each other, completed unmindful of their customers. I know for a fact that I was being ignored. Overstaffed and uncaring staff.
