This was very good dinner buffet. Lot of veg and non veg dishes.specially fish finger was super ans aneer labadar was super tasty. The fulka(tawa roti) was fluffy and hot.There was lots of good desserts especially chocolate balls.The environment was great and there was live music made it fantastic thanks to chef Mintu and jesmine for asistance.

Extremely friendly staff welcomed me (Ayan). Overall, most of the staff made a genuine effort to keep everything smooth. Room was absolutely well organized and neat. Could have done some extra vacuuming of the carpeted floor but still well maintained. Bathroom was clean. This is a big deal for me. Breakfast was great overall. Dinner buffet: I would have loved to have a few local items like daal baati, or some Kathiawadi food. Yet reasonably good. Friendly restaurant staff. My only concern is that customers or guests don’t always abide by expected rules. Maintenance is not a one way street and we as guests must cooperate in demonstrating our personal best standards, hygiene and manners. For example I saw a gentleman continuously coughing near the buffet areas. This is not acceptable. A bit of consideration and decency from such individuals will go a long way. And it’s awkward for the staff to point out this, so they won’t. Check out was easier than most hotels I go to. Overall great experience. Keep it up Novotel! Thanks!
