The hotel is very well located. It's close to a mall, iskon temple, and the famous dwarka thal restaurant. That said, I found the service not upto the standards of a five star hotel - 1) I was travelling with my family and wanted to check about the possibility of early check-in, however they're reception number didn't work and even when it connected, none picked it up. I tried at night and in the morning as well as late as 10am. 2) Despite the rooms being double occupancy, the toiletries in the room were there only for one person. TV batteries hadn't been changed in a long time. 3) At check-out, only person was available leading to long wait time. He didn't even acknowledge me as I was waiting behind an old person who was fidgeting with his credit cards and swiped at least five times before getting it right. Ideally he should have at least acknowledged me and checked if I'm getting late etc. In the end, I had to intervene and request him to help me. 4) luggage pick up wasn't prompt, neither at the time of check-in not at the time of check-out. For a five star hotel, I expected better.

None of the items were in working condition, phone, iron, ironing pad, soap dispenser all required replacement. Value for money was missing. Checkin took lot of time.

Professional people who take good care of their guests. Rooms definitely need r refurbishment, started to run down. I have been staying at this property from the time this hotel was opened.
