I stay in room No 812.tea cattle is not auto cut off after boiled. I waiting for safety myself. . It can cause fite.

The floor between the bed and bathroom window was damp. It was a shocker to know that you provide rooms with the carpet still damp and it was a late check-in in the evening.

two days of stay at the hotel was like the nightmare never had such bad experience at any of third-grade hotel too, there was no food at breakfast time, it was more of marriage hall than the hotel and all guest were on the same platform, marriage crowd doesn't respect other people privacy and last day stood in the queue for 40 minutes for breakfast and upon our turn three was no food, floor staff was speechless and helpless, and in room the was no hot water, house keeping took 30 minits to deliver water that too it was request that water is need to consume medicine finally had to call the front desk to help.

Guest welcome is not good, nobody wish us and no one offers welcome drink it's not standard. Use disposable glass for welcome drink. we comes from outside , when enter the hotel never get comfortable.

First of all our stay was very good. we had booked the room via booking.com however because of misunderstanding, the payment was pending. Our guest had arrived and it was a corporate booking and we had requested front desk people on phone that I will make the payment online or please issue room to the guest and within 15 minutes We will be there and make the payment. however No action was taken from them and they made the guest to sit at lobby which was not acceptable to us. Because of this we have taken a decision that we will not be sending any of our guest to the hotel Novotel. Even the guest visited to us will be there for 48 days this year so only for one guest the Novotel has lost this much of Business. This is just for your information and necessary action. If Novotel cannot wait for 15 minutes and issue the room on a corporate call how we can believe them.

the official check in time is 1400 but the rooms were not ready untill 1630 !!! and after lot of pushing we were provided with 1 room and 2nd room was provided after 1715. If a hotel has payment system for early checkin then why no panelty for late checkin( Due to unavailability of room). The staff were not informing the quest that we have to ASK for toiletries kit. i was provided with 1 room key for 2 person and lift had system of key that means both the occupant has to move together all the Time !!! after lot of argument on this i was provided with 2nd lift key on next morning.

Located in the heart of the city, the hotel is just a few minutes away from all the prime spots. Yet, it is calm and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Rajan for assistance with booking and reception. A big shout out to Mr. Mrinmoy for the delicious food. Being vegan, it is generally difficult to get an extensive spread but he ensured we got everything we wanted. The rooms are ultra clean with all the necessary amenities and modern touches. The chauffeur was always on time for the office transfers. Overall the stay was a very happy experience and would love to stay with them whenever I'm in the city again.

Room was not ready during check-in and I had to wait with my wife and 2 infants for 45 minutes post which I had to enter into argument with your staff to get a room. No one assisted us to get the luggage to the room. The room alloted was not cleaned properly. The hospitality of the reception staff was very cold. Only good part was the food. The menu and food was really good.

Overall it was good stay, 1. booking part is as usual very smooth and quick. Mr. rajan is very active and give response immediate. 2. check in was also very quick. 3. this time, there were some issues about room cleaning and room itself. 4. the best part, when you arrive in restaurant after full hectic day, everyone knows you and greets you. it feels like home away home. Mr. Aman & Mr. Gaurav is the best combination. One is very strict with there staff and the other one is guide them politly. Mr. harshil & Mr. pradeep is also very good in there work. 5. Require good training to the housekeeping staff rest each and everyone was super active and well trained. 6. This time there was a day off due to holi festival & Mr. Ashish Rana told me whenever you have time let me know there is a play zone on 1st floor we can play any game you like. His these words are enough to feel good when you stay away for long time from home. 7. new chef Mr. Chakraborty was very good and made good home style dishes for me. Its very good gesture. 8. Gm himself is very attentive to each and every matter and give comfort to the guest. 9. check out is also very quick and good.

Stay is so reliable, comfortable and property was very clean with taking care of all safety measure related to covid-19. i was done with priority check-in, so once i was reach the room key is ready in a minute and all set. in Short happy to stay here again and again
