I’m satisfied with my stay for overall, but the breakfast has a bit of downside where sometimes we have no glass for drink and should wait for quite a time.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, the experience was neither good or bad, sometimes I receive good service and there are times the service was just below expectation. This time, I was trying to redeem my points for the stay and the staff who attended to me seemed oblivious not knowing what to do, she told me that it was not possible to redeem on the spot and asked me to do it via Accor app instead, until I showed her that it is indeed possible to redeem at the hotel. The check-in was fuss-free except the staff did not attach a welcome drink coupon for me upon handing me the keycard, it was not the first time either, so I am not surprised.

overall good experience stay in Ibis style Medan Pattimura. A bit feed back my room 1119 feel very hot when first check-in because of sun down hit, may be can turn on 1 hour before guest check-in for this areas room. keep it a good work!
