Staying here for 3 days, all good, the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast good,try the BBQ dinner, also good! The staff responsive and helpfull. My family and I enjoying the atmosphere and staying here. If I can suggest, need to provide the toilet in Pool area, (not beside the function room) because of the shower room doesn't have toilet seat or urinoir, so the black rubber mat keep the bad smell from people's pee in shower room. Thank you!

The worst experience during my stay in Ibis Style ever. When i checkin room still not available. After checkin i was asking for welcome drink, and the restaurants staff mentioned that im not eligible at that time, the last one when i was arrived in my room, the shower gel box empty, they have not refill them all. Then i asked the receptionist to refill, but until i was back to hotel after 4 hours out, the shower gel still doesn't refill. Too bad. Breakfast just so so for ibis style hotel, even compare eith ibis budget i have ever stayed. No more stay in here

Location. Location. Location. Though it's located in the main street, surprisingly it wasn't really crowded and loud. So that's a very good points. And there's lots of delicious Restaurants walking distance (just check the Google Maps) - I can recommend the place for anyone's visiting Medan.
