It was very unlucky for me to book a stay at this hotel which coincided with the big floods and landslides which hit Northern Sumatran cities in late November. More than 1,000 people died. I couldn't make my way back to the hotel for 3 days as the road outside the hotel was also heavily flooded. But, thank God I survived the flood.

We are truly sorry to hear about the frightening and difficult situation you faced during the severe floods and landslides in Northern Sumatra in late November. The flooding caused unprecedented damage and made access to many areas, including the road near our hotel, impossible for several days. Cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. Bed sheet and towels have stains all over. Broken facilities should be replaced, my room has a broken fridge and shower head bracket. However, the room is spacious and staffs are friendly.
