Had clearly booked a room (through HRS) with a price including breakfast. At check-out, hotel claimed that they had not received any information about price from HRS, and therefore I was charged for breakfast on top of the pre-agreed rate.

The hotel is in a good location, a business block quiet and safe. It is close to the s-bahn, but when we were there it was closed for mainteinance, unfortunately. The rooms are simple (spartan) but comfortable and well insulated (no noise); the batrooms are new and well done. Personnel was very friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic. Two little downsides: the room temperature was too hot, and the carpet was a bit stained - a periodic thorough clean is needed with these carpets.
