A really enjoyable stay - staff were super helpful and happy to go the extra mile. Our apartment was ideal for what we wanted. Comfortable and relaxing and within walking distance of the Brentford Stadium rugby/football ground. Convenience shops and places to eat on the doorstep.

I cannot recommend The Adgio enough. Everyone who works there is so amazing and thoughtful. They do go above and beyond. The studio was spotless. Having a gym & laundry facilities on site was also so helpful. Thank you to everyone there who made my stay so wonderful.

Great apmt would recommend but breakfast items are very small so double order few items not working but reported so should be rectified, difficult for taxi to find , underground a good walk away, dont trust to locals for directions asked 4 still got lost

Worst apart hotel for family

Nightmare check in experience got check in at 10 pm (2hours after arrival) even though I was with 2 years old son. Completely disrespectful team and general manager is the biggest disappointment and completely careless. Room full of filthy drug smell and white powder all over the floor completely unhygienic

I am very surprised to read your feedback about the team and myself where as far I remember we spoke personally few times and offered the best rates, service for your long stay which was mentioned by yourself during your first stay in June. As I mentioned during our chat, due to not having any confirmation from your side with my reservation supervisor who was dealing with your request, we didn't had your booking in our system which is why it took time for you to explain your rates etc during your late evening check-in. I would like to explain the white powder is the "Bed dust treatment" which every hotel have duty to do and its organic powder which is not harmful to anyone. Fabulous apartment with hotel facility, the views from winter garden balcony is beyond words… Very customer oriented reception team available anytime to resolve issues, professional, friendly and efficient excellent management team from GM to reception The unsung hero’s of Cleaning and house keeping hardworking excellent team spotless cleaning and very accommodating and efficient If I need to I wouldn’t Jesi state to stay there again

We were staying at the hotel for 16 nights ahead of flying back to Australia. The hotel was kept in a very clean state during our stay and the staff were all excellent in making sure people were following the rules in relation to the corona virus. We had a 1 bed apartment with kitchen and lounge area which was a great size for the 2 of us. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent.

We were really pleased with our accommodation except we had no hot water, slight problem resulting in us having to move apartments the following day. Are you aware that hot water has to above 50 degrees C to kill bacteria? The water in the second apartment was just acceptable. The staff were very helpful. Apartments was well equipped for self-catering but I don't think you want your guests to cook a meal. A challenge with a small saucepan no lid, a small fry pan just big enough for 2 eggs, BYO egg slice required and a very large pot no lid but big enough to cook a one pot casserole for 10 people!

Regarding the water, indeed it should be above 60 degree C to kill bacteria which my maintenance team do follow on rooms check but as we having a individual water tanks in all apartments where they got timers to heat water I believe when you must have use the shower the temperature went down. Very good choice for a ten-day stay in London. The small flat comes with a fully equipped kitchen and the hotel offers a laundry room downstairs. Having said that the dryers needed repairs. It's conveniently situated with easy access to Heathrow and central London both on the piccadilly line which is a few minutes away on foot and accessible by bus. The staff is very helpful, polite and attentive. Overall good value for money considering all.

It was a disappointing experience. The welcome drink I received was a bottle of water, my spouse standing next to me was not offered anything. Was hard to get service at times and if you wanted a coffee from the venue you needed to pay for a full breakfast. The room was spacious and nice. However, the fan was going the whole time and the dishwasher had issues. The bed was terrible, the mattress was too soft and lumpy and the base was on wheels so a small bump to the bed and it would all move. The venue was relatively clean and it was walking distance to a tube and south west train line which was a plus. Not a lot in the area tho.

I believe the welcome drink would have been for your ALL status as Silver member, unfortunately the welcome drink is solely for the member and not for all the party in the reservation, hence why we would not have offer another complimentary welcome drink to your spouse. We currently do not have a public coffee service at the property and only when breakfast is taken coffee is provided, however all our apartments have a Nespresso coffee machine for our guests to enjoy during their stay. I was glad to hear you liked the spaciousness of the apartment and you found it to be nice! Regarding the bed I was surprise to hear your bad experience as it is normally one of the highlights from the guests comments, but we will continue to review the state of the mattresses and change them when necessary. Friendly staff. A very well appointed apartment with a great view. Very clean, although the bath mat was dirty on the underside. However there was a parking problem in that having paid at the hotel, I was issued with a default notice by pcm parking management, who have refused to acknowledge the payment. This saga is not yet resolved

Always pleased here but no has explained or apologised for the 2.30am fire alarm and evacuation. Only one man on site and silence from everyone. We didn’t sleep well that night and no one has apologised.

We stayed for six nights in this apartment hotel. The location is close to bus and a metro station (four stops away by bus). The room was big with a fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast is simple yet adequate to start a day. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is no housekeeping service during the stay. Hotel staff always fight with housekeeping contractors who don't do their job properly. The hotel needs to find ways to make rooms cleaner and tidier.

Appalling Stay. Total Lack of Service, No Clue on Guest Services.

I have registered an official complaint with Accor( Adagio's Parent Company) and will wait to see the outcome of that. Suffice to say the entire FOH team are unfit for purpose and need to be either replaced or taken off the floor until they are actually trained. Senior management have little handle on anything. Point of note to the FOH Manager: Maybe if you spent more time training your staff rather than being on here things might be better. General / Rooms: I could run my finger through the lines of scum & dirt both in the rooms and at breakfast. Carpets which were disgusting to look at let alone walk on and should be an embarrassment to the location. Doors which didn't fit door frames requiring substantial strength to open or close making them a fire hazard. Aircon that constantly whines keeping you up at night. Used coffee pods in rooms. Dirty utensils, sticky surfaces. Not enough towels for guests. Literally had to explain to clueless staff how Accors Guest Loyalty Scheme works as they didn't have a clue. This is management's fault for ineffective or I imagine non existent training. If there had've been another room in another group hotel within 25 miles I would've packed the three of us up and walked out of there. Talking of management, repeated requests to meet and discuss issues or be called not followed through on requiring me to then, repeatedly, chase them up about it. Totally ineffective when assistant manageress actually met me which I firmly believe only happened when I took my phone out, showed the reception staff Accor's Client Relations number and made clear that if I wasn't met I'd talk to them and have them phone the management to explain themselves. Breakfast: No food labelling, food kept at unsafe temperatures I've stayed in numerous Accor brands around the world and understand that 1. Things DO go wrong from time to time 2. Have never experienced anything like the shambolic, disorganised and unprofessional approach of the staff at this property, I have stayed at camp sites with better standards and customer service than this place. The ONLY professional, helpful and tbh saving grace, staff wise was the night man who was a pleasure to meet. I cannot stress enough how much this place should be avoided.

This is our third time staying here and nothing we can find to fault the apartment. It's clean, spacious, conveniently located to transport links and also a Sainsbury's if you fancy to cook rather than eating out. Guest services team do their best to assist you . We have never tried their breakfast as prefer to cook our own, however the selection looks more than reasonable.

Stayed in studio and extended stay extra night,which is something of a recommendation.Clean,fresh,well laid out space.Plenty of room for 3.Could do with more cutlery and glasses ,however.BBC iplayer would not work second night no matter how hard we tried-small irritation and it defeated teenager and twenty something not just their Mum! Winter garden is quite spacious and would be great in warmer weather,bit cold currently.Good soundproofing.Pleasant reception area.Parking signage could be improved.
