Hotel situado a escasos metros de metro Lverde West Brompthony también con parada de bus justo delante situación tranquila, habitaciones reformadas, personal muy atento y desayuno expendido y completo. Disponible de Parking y algún supermercado cercano tipo Tesco, Iceland pero perfecto para el descanso después de un día por el centro.

1 van de slechtste klantendiensten al meegemaakt in een hotel. Ten eerste werden we in kamers geplaatst, waar het ongezond zou zijn geweest om te overnachten (schimmel, slechte geur…) Uiteindelijk veranderen ze ons van kamer. Nadien wordt er een bedrag voor ‘no show’ aangerekend, hoewel iedereen aanwezig was. Ook werd de parking dubbel aangerekend. Na meermaals contact opnemen met het hotel, helpen ze niet. Dit is gewoon mensen bestelen.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 gg presso questo hotel ed abbiamo avuto l'upgrade al Mercure. La posizione è a 300 mt dalla fermata della metro West Brompton, le camere pulite, i letti comodissimi. Abbiamo optato per la formula con colazione in hotel: buffet ricco con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato, frutta, yogurt, succhi di frutta. Non mancava niente. Forse migliorerei il kit cortesia nel bagno, aggiungendo cuffia doccia o altro. Siamo comunque rimasti soddisfatti.

Fui maltratado no hotel!

Tomei banho, no final da noite, e tive o seguinte problema. Ao finalizar, após 10 minutos, notei que o chão do banheiro estava completamente inundado! O ralo estava retornando esgoto, o que levou à inundação de todo o quarto. Rapidamente, troquei de roupa e me dirigi à recepção. Lá, muito cordialmente o atendente solicitou a ida do técnico de manutenção. Junto a ele, mostrei o problema. Ele constatou e se dirigiu à recepção para reporte. Logo após, a gerente me procurou de maneira muito hostil, dizendo que eu teria que arcar com os danos. Disse que não, porque não havia causado o problema do ralo. Eles nos realocaram em outro quarto. Saindo do novo quarto, me deparei com a gerente novamente e um segurança, com intuito claro de me intimidar. Nos dirigimos ao andar da recepção. Lá, a gerente reafirmou que eu teria que arcar com os danos. Eu perguntei porque eu teria que pagar, se o problema foi no banheiro deles? Ela concordou que havia um problema no ralo, mas afirmou que eu deveria pagar porque eu não vi o inundamento a tempo. Falei que achei um absurdo e ela me respondeu: nos vemos no tribunal! Sou cliente da Accor há mais de 15 anos e nunca tive um problema com eles. Com a inundação, molhei as minhas roupas que estavam em uma mochila e a minha mala, causando prejuízo com as roupas. Nesse momento, resolvi sair do hotel porque não fico em um lugar onde fui tão insultado e ameaçado! Tenho todos os vídeos que comprovam o problema e o meu prejuízo e, mesmo assim, ela insistiu em afirmar que a culpa era minha! Mesmo constatando o problema nas instalações do hotel. Nunca mais fico em um hotel da Accor em toda a minha vida

Dear Mr Monteiro, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We regret that there was a misunderstanding and want to clarify the situation. After investigating the incident in your original room, our maintenance team found no issues with the drain or any clogging that could have caused the flooding. From experience, a flooding of that nature takes more than 10 minutes especially when it starts to leak through the floor to the bedroom below. For your information, we were regretfully unable to sell that room and the one below for two days. However, we want to reassure you that there will be no charges related to this matter, as there were no long-lasting damages. It appears that miscommunication may have played a role in how this situation unfolded, potentially due to the language barrier. Our team is renowned in customer service and hospitality to deal with any challenging conversation. We would like to clarify that there was no mention of legal action from our end, and any impression of hostility was unintended.
