Als Stammgäste vom Fairmont Ajman haben wir uns auch dieses mal wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.Das ganze Personal verdient eine 12von 10!!!Alle sind sehr Freundlich,Herzlich und Hilfsbereit.Leider hat das Wetter nicht immer so mitgespielt und so hatten wir Sturm,Gewitter und Regen.Klimawandel lässt auch in Dubai grüssen...Wir geniessen vorallem die Ruhe im Fairmont Hotel die schönen Zimmer und die direkte Strandlage.Was einzig zu erwähnen ist ,als Europäer vom Deutschsprachigen Raum kommt man sich in den Emiraten schon als 2.Klasse vor.Überall wird man auf Russisch angesprochen,alles ist auf russisch Beschriftet,es läuft russische Musik.Vom Benehmen dieser Gäste im Restaurant ganz zu schweigen. Liebes Hotel wir machen Urlaub in den Emiraten und nicht in Moskau!Alles in allem waren wir bis auf einige wenige Punkte wieder sehr Glücklich und zufrieden.

В первый день заезда в нашем номере не работал телефон, фен, холодильник всё это заменили на 3-4 раз попытки исправить или починить. В основном ресторане нет обслуживания, официанты только уносят грязные тарелки и всё на этом , на пляже тоже отсутствует сервис. Отель сами по себе старый и всё тут старое и очень подуставшее... Питание скудное.Не рекомендую от слова совсем.

Всем привет, были 03.12 по 12.12 ,питание НВ. Номер 1118. Отелю ставлю самые высокие оценки, все было отлично. Номер просторный и удобный, шикарная ванная и душевая, шкафы внутри с подсветкой, очень удобно. К уборке никаких нареканий, все четко. Персонал дружелюбный и исполнительный, если что то нужно всегда помогут (правда говорил по английские ). Питание все вкусно, каждое утро красная рыба и свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок. Пляж отличный, лежаков всем спокойно хватало, обычно приходили после 9-30 . Отличные туалеты на пляже , там есть душевые с шампунем, гелем и кондиционером. Воду бесплатно можно всегда набрать в автоматах рядом с бассейном и у бара, в номер в стеклянных бутылках ставят. Рядом налево в 2 мин ходьбы алко маркет Оскар. Отель категорически советую.

Ожидания отдыха оправдали себя полностью. Отношение персонала порадовало, все улыбаются, стараются помочь. Не знаем английский, привели русскоговорящего сотрудника, девушка по имени Дана. Ей персональная благодарность от нас ( позаботилась , чтобы нам на регистрации в аэропорту Дубая дали места поближе к выходу, написала просьбу на английском на открытке , и просьба была удовлетворена) При приезде в отель нас встретили , сами отнесли вещи в камеру хранения т.к. мы приехали рано, отправили на пляж , полотенца выдали. Когда освободился номер в 13 часов, прислали смс. Номер на двоих большой 42 м2, чистый, с балконом и вид на залив. Во всех номерах есть балкон и во всех вид на залив, очень красиво. Единственный минус, нет сушилки , чтобы посушить вещи. Впечатлили огромные матрасы на кроватях, белоснежное постельное бельё как шёлк, мягкие подушки. Спали как боги. В номере кофемашина и чайник, капсулы для кофемашины, чай, сливки, сахар . Каждый день по бутылке очищенной воды. В ванной комнате есть все средства для душа, фен, шапочки, салфетки, пилка для ногтей, ватные палочки, ватные диски, расчёска в упаковке. В шкафу в коридоре халаты и тапочки, лично я пользовалась. В номерах убирались, постель меняли и полотенца. На пляже каждый день убирают мусор, пишут на песке красиво надписи на английском и рисуют сердечки. Лежаков всем хватает, они с мягкими матрасами и есть с подушками, гамаки, диванчики. Есть стойки с душем и мытья ног, корзины для использованных полотенец. Полотенца дают не ограниченное кол-во раз. В общем все здесь для людей. У нас были только завтраки, шведский стол. Мы ходили рано, людей было очень мало, никакой толкотни. Выбор еды большой, голодными не были. Каждый день была слабосолёная красная рыбка. Стоит человек и прямо тебе жарит яйца, перед тобой витрина за стеклом, показываешь как тебе их нужно приготовить. Выпечка разнообразная, хлеб разных сортов свежей выпечки. Две кофеварки, чай разнообразный, напитки, фрукты. Все есть и в разных видах. Провожали также, вещи вынесли и уложили в машину. Впечатление осталось об отеле на оценку отлично 👌. 💕

Excelente Ginásio e Wi-Fi. Derivado à arquitetura os quartos tem vista para os vizinhos, falta privacidade. Pequeno almoço bom mas repetitivo, todos os dias o mesmo. Falta atenção ao detalhe e pormenor. Não existe Guest Relations. Praia diariamente muito suja, àgua e areal. Bom para apenas poucos dias de estada. Bons restaurantes ao redor.
