Unforgettable Night in Italian Style!

Yesterday, my wife and I went to dinner at the Novotel Sharjah Expo Center Hotel restaurant. Dinner was in Italian style. The atmosphere was so wonderful that we didn’t want to leave. And it's all thanks to an amazing Senior Manager of the restaurant – Ahlam, who organized an unforgettable night. She was very warm and kind to every guest; she joked and literally “read” the guests’ thoughts; she responded to all their wishes before they turned to her. Italian world famous hits played all night. We first met Ahlam in the hotel lobby when we were checking in yesterday. She came over and invited us for an Italian-style dinner. The restaurant chefs cook delicious food. We highly recommend Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre Hotel, and their restaurant, and meeting Ahlam. Such nice, sincere, friendly, charming people with a good sense of humor, unfortunately, are very rare. Thank you Ahlam for such a wonderful, and unforgettable night! We’d like to stress that though we do not know the local language and communicated through a translator app, it made the night more amazing. We laughed all the time!!!)))

My experience was not as aspected, rooms were not that clean, carpets were awful so was the couch and chair. But if it comes to the staff, they were AMAZING!, especially ALEX, Ramadan, Patric and Irene!!! Thank you all for making me feel at home!! Hope we’ll meet again someday.
