Beautiful Time at Ibis Styles Sharjah

First, I arrived the hotel around 6:30am and Pankaj made sure I got in early enough speedily to rest, it was really a welcome gift indeed. Sabine was another amazing host, her smiles would melt any worries even if you had any. Both Pankaj and Sabine were always on hand to sort any questions I had or guide through who would handle. One other guy too at the reception did a good job whose name I didn’t pick. They made my 2weeks really worth it. Oh The Lady at the restaurant is such a wonderful soul, a couple times that I missed buffet she inquired much later as to why, the restaurant always makes sure everyone was satisfied and asking If you needed anything else. The guy that cleaned my room most times of my stay, a dark Indian guy, smart, efficient , swift and does his job fabulously. Hotel is close to the bus stop Red or Blue line , in close proximity to several eateries and supermarkets. The standard of neatness , food and general services is commendable. Thanks to everyone at Ibis styles Majaz, I enjoyed my stay because you were good at what you do. Thank you so much . See you again.

Location wise excellent. Staff wise V.Good Breakfast wise Average. Not at all satisfied. More variety better especially South Indian stuff which people love to eat. Cappuccino not a part of breakfast was disappointed. Cakes were missing.

It was a good time to stay in ibis Styles Sharjah. The hotel was nice 😊 and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially from the reception they give me a good price and help me so much. Thanks again for them 🌹.

Very poor service, the water heater was not working we asked for a baby bed and the response we received was “sorry ma’am we are out of bed tonight but we’ll make it available tomorrow” and we didn’t see the bed till the checkout time.

The young man who greeted Dr. B. was awesome. We got kicked out of our office, for cleaning. We got kicked out of another space or cleaning. This was our only choice for Dr. B. He took good care of her. He asked her what time she'd like to check out. No attitude. Just respect. She got the room she needed. She able to relax from the night well into the time she checked out. No phone calls about when she was going to check out. It was perfect. Thank you so much
