I have enjoyed my stay, quality of the hotel and extremely friendly staff. Breakfast is filled with everything, even gluten free options. Make sure to visit the spa as well and ask for Rose and Fatima who will give you the best massage and hammam experience!

Located in Sharjah Close to the Lagun. Upon arrival we where met by Mr Bassam and Hefny who took great care of us. Mr Hefny should be promoted to Supervisor in my opinion. He is kind, respectful and well spoken. Great person. Mr Shahin the bell boy, who is kind, well spoken and holds the hospitality to a next level. The breakfast is good. At the FB area there isr Emed who runs a round with passion and a smile. Before you ask him, it is already taken care of. Dear Mr Fady thank you on behalf of my family for the stay and thank your staff.

Clean, comfortable, large rooms, very tastefully decorated. Special shout out to David at the lobby cafe for his attention and cheerfulness every morning. Stayed 2 nights and found the location excellent for exploring Sharjah museums etc.

It is the first day of my stay here, and I really had to write this review right now. The staff are really great here. Our flight was at 4am and we could not sleep the whole previous day. We reached here at 9 am, almost asleep while standing. The reception did as much as they could, and prepared our room by 11. They were soooo nice and understanding we could not even believe. We love you guys

Really nice hotel super good service also nice lunch. David F&B supervisor always helpful . We was here for 20 days and always he remember our preference. Thank you so much for everything. We like to come back again specially for his friendly and helpfulness. Rooms was clean and Hotel near to Dubai also. We will suggest our friends and family to visit here
