Movenpick is a very good hotel ms canan cleans all the rooms very good im staying in the hotel for three days until now i didnt see anything dirty in the room the stuf is very clean thanks for ms canan she is cleaning all the rooms very good i didnt have any blame for this hotel thanks....!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I was impressed with the cleaning service! We are very pleased with everything about Mövenpick Hotel. The accommodations have been wonderful, and the quality of service is exceptional. We especially love the beautiful view of the Bosporus and the lovely breakfasts we enjoyed every morning. The Terrace restaurant was wonderful, with a view to die for. Our stay has been truly enjoyable, and we appreciate all the effort your team put into making it so special. We would definitely love to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Excellent hospitality with a few annoying equipment issues

Service was excellent, room was very clean but a few simple things were very annoying. E.g., the AC would only work intermittently, hair dryer would not blow hot air. The best part though was that the entire hotel staff was very courteous. Superb hospitality.
