The fridge in the room smelt of prawns… not cleaned well from previous occupants?

Guest relations aware of most issues. This was a truly awful stay where i feared for the safety of my children and other guests with small children. Cockroaches and totally inadequate cleaning leaving pills int he hotel room from pervious guests - even after it was raised with the Assistant Manager within a few minutes of discovery. More pills were found post cleaning!!!!!

Wonderful family holiday in the heart of Sydney. Hotel was lovely. Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff at check in and concierge. Great atmosphere. Rooftop pool was cold but perfect to chill out at. Would keep booking this place..

Surprisingly run down. Very old. Carpets made my white socks black. Tiles were worn and very dirty with stains. But most importantly, cleanliness!!! Hair on the floors, on the unused towels, lipsticks on glasses straight out of the cupboard. This was a suite…
