The meal we had at Le Cucina was poor, service time was too long the food wasn’t good particularly the Cannilloni the sea food tagliatelle had mussels which hadn’t opened which was really concerning

We had a fabulous stay at the hotel. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. There was one waitress in the bar who was struggling with her confidence and perhaps could benefit from some mentoring. The spa was lovely and all meals were had taken were delicious. The busy times from breakfast were well advertised, however we were still surprised that we had to queue in a 5 star establishment. Overall a lovely stay and we would definitely return.
