Semua fasilitas yang disediakan sangat nyaman, lobinya luas dengan langit-langit yang tinggi jadi mengesankan kelegaan, sofa-sofa untuk duduk juga banyak disediakan sehingga tamu-tamu tidak perlu duduk berhimpit-himpitan, kamarnya juga luas dan langit-langitnya juga cukup tinggi jadi kamarnya juga terasa lega. Lokasinya agak minggir, tapi keuntungannya bisa mendapatkan cakrawala Kuala Lumpur secara lebih menyeluruh, Menara Merdeka 118, Menara Kuala Lumpur, Menara Petronas & Menara TRX bisa dipotret dalam 1 bingkai dari tepian kolam renang atap. Meskipun lokasinya boleh dianggap kurang strategis, tapi hotelnya menyediakan layanan pengantaran ke Stasiun LRT / MRT Chan Sow Lin, sayangnya pilihan jamnya boleh dibilang cukup terbatas, hanya pukul 09:30, 14:30 sama 16:30, andaikan saja pihak hotel lebih bermurah hati dengan menambah jam keberangkatan mulai 08:30, 10:30, 12:30, 14:30 sama 16:30 tentu akan memberi keleluasaan lebih kepada para tamu yang ingin menggunakan layanan pengantarannya.
