Sebagai pelanggan yang telah menginap buat kali-6 dan telah menginap sebanyak 8 kali secara khusunya, saya sangat menanti perubahan positif dari sudut layanan anda kepada saya. Saya adalah ahli kesetiaan Platinum dan sejujurnya saya tidak merasakan sebarang kelebihan setiap kali berada dihotel anda. Setiap kali mendaftar masuk, penghawa dingin tidak pernah sekali pun terpasang awal seperti mana yang kerap saya terima di Pullman KLCC, Sofitel Damansara dan Mercure Glenmarie. Ianya seperti tidak mengalukan kedatangan saya disitu. Malah yang lebih mengecewakan, saya hanya menerima kudapan segera dalam pek sebagai welcom amenities walaupun kini telah menjadi ahli Platinum. Pihak anda jugak tidak pernah sekali pun memberikan surat/kad yang menyebut 'Selamat Kembali' seperti yang saya kerap terima di Pullman KLCC, Sofitel Damansara dan Mercure Glenmarie seolah-olah pihak anda tidak alert dengan kesetiaan saya bersama anda. Hanya surat/kad selamat datang sahaja yang diterima.

Untuk room 4621, speed wifi sangat lambat. Mesin untuk tap car parkir rusak. Saya menunggu lama. Tidak ada pelayanan untuk member accor. Padahal hotel lain yang di bawah accor group sangat respect dengan anggota member.

We regret the issues you faced with the slow Wi-Fi speed in your room and the faulty car park tap machine which caused unnecessary waiting time. Please rest assured that we are addressing these technical issues with our IT and parking service provider to ensure both issues are resolved promptly. We also apologise that our recognition and service for ALL members did not meet the standards you are accustomed to at other Accor hotels. Hotel yg sangat aneh, bar club di rooftop nya, suara musik nya sangat kencang sampai terdengar ke kamar suara bass nya, baru selesai jam 3 pagi. Orang ke hotel buat tidur dengan nyaman dan tenang tetapi malah ada musik keras di hotelnya yg aktif sampai jam 3 pagi. Yg ok dari hotel ini hanya design kamar nya yg bagus. Tapi ya percuma design bagus tapi tidak nyaman. Staff saat check in tidak ramah. Tidak terasa welcome di hotel ini.

new hotel indeed, room was nice and clean, however the hallway in front of the floor is really not soundproof at all, must fix that. Very clear and loud noises when neighbor shut door , walking, and talking

The Suite room was very amazing and spacious. I really love the location that it is close to the KL Sentral. The breakfast was amazing with lot of options. A late check out possibility was also given to me and I really appreciate it.
