The breakfast spread didn't have much to offer and the cleaners were not bothered about cleaning the tables after someone has left the table which was sad and shocking to see from a brand like Accor.

I have spent there days with my friends we had too much fun and enjoyed our stayed, Burgandy lounge is wonderful and staff were also frindly especially Chaitoo, Reception staff were also good Mr. Sherif, Mr.Ihsan and Mr Nassif made our stay perfect, We had one room upgrades which was on 11th floor with free coffee machine,,,😊
