it was literally one of the WORST hotels i've been to, everything was so dirty i had to wipe down everything and the floors were burnt and the toilet tissue was used and bathroom was so dirty it had water stains all over it and cleaning product buildup on the tiles, the lobby smells horrible . staff were the only good thing ( Grace , Sherif) they were so nice room service were nice and all

My stay was extremely great and i was really splendid by the hotel staff!! The reception, the house keeping staff everyone was top-notch and deserve a good hike in their salary. Room was absolutely clean and good vibes all around the hotel ☺️☺️

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel and in bar Mr Raffay is friendly. Raffay recommendation were good in burgundy lounge. He has expertise in the field. Getting connected to such people really make the stay more comfortable. I will definitely be booking the place, hotel in itself is really beautiful and calm. I gonna highly recommend this hotel because of raffay great services and smile on face.
