Hotel is in a great location very close to Dubai centre for travelling and 10 minutes from the airport. Very nice hotel in a quiet place, car park is at the hotel too. Will stay again for sure and the price is fantastic.

Everything was good.The service ,rooms and everything. Since I’m a pure vegetarian I found it little difficult during breakfast since it was not marked red and green near the food item. A separate counter for vegetarian food or green mark near the food container would make it easy for us. Thank u

The room was very small and the mattress on the bed is very inconvenient and too soft.My stay of 12 days resulted in my back pain which I am nursing now.

1.First of all, I booked the Hotel way months before arrival and had a chat with the Hotel about arrival and dates because we arrived midnight . On chat they said there is no problem etc But when we arrived they did not stay to what they agreed on chat with us. And ended up paying for 1 night extra! We all were tired and didnt want any further discussion so let it go. 2. our Breakfast was not included because not everyone of us wanted breakfast. But when some of us had breakfast and payed everything at reception for each day still the reastuarnt man called us severeal time if we payed or not . That was disturbing that he would call severek times for checking up if we payed or not. Because some days they said pay at reception other day they say pay at restaurant. Anyways we payed always on reception and are not running away unprofessnail way to deal with customers! 3. this place is far from attractions and is not located in the best area.

Short stay in their Exec room

Room Carpet had stains & smell. Bathroom had rust and water marks everywhere. Paying a higher price for a basic room -during the peak period- and expecting a cleaner room was an ordinary expectation. Luckily my stay was only for 8 hours. Expected much better service as this was my last stay to achieve Diamond status.

I've stayed here a few times and I'm starting to like the hotel more and more with each stay. I arrived at 3am. The security guard wasn't around to help me with my very heavy suitcase so I had to drag it in myself and I should probably deduct a point for that. I was welcomed by Ihsan who told me that as a Platinum member I had been upgraded from a superior room to an executive room but since they're more or less the same I wasn't impressed, I had been expecting a better upgrade. I got to the room and immediately felt cramped and since I had to work all day the following day I wanted more space so I went back down to reception and this time the Duty Manager Sherif came out of his office and was more helpful. I paid a small supplement to take an executive room and then I got my upgrade to a suite at a third of the price Ihsan had offered me and it's thanks to Sherif that I'm giving 9 out of 10 instead of a lower mark. Ihsan came up to help me move all my stuff to a suite where I felt much better and I finally got to bed at 4am. I was working non-stop all day and couldn't call housekeeping to do my room until 7.30pm at which point I was told that housekeeping was only available until 6pm which is something I should have been informed about ahead of time. However, they did sent an excellent housekeeper called Omprkash to my room and he did a perfect job. I noticed that I had only got the basic welcome gift of a bowl of fruit whereas at other Accor hotels I get something better than that. The second morning I had to work again and called room service to ask for an orange juice with my free drink voucher and they brought it up which was nice of them. The gym was barely worth bothering about the the rooftop pool isn't very big although they have a bar there which serves alcohol as does the café on the ground floor. If you want to stay here, pay the extra and book a suite where you will be much more comfortable.

The overall service was very bad - reception say that they will inform something but then there is no communication at all. Along with that cleaning was not done in the room for 2 day and they used to come at 8PM for cleaning which is unacceptable. Also, If any question is asked there is no reply or something that is not clear.

Reached at hotel @ 17:30 hrs, room was not ready, room allocated at 18:30hrs Luggage from parking arrived after another 1 hours @ 19:30hrs. 1 hours check in time and 1 hour luggage arrival time from parking to room.

Fairly new hotel close to Wafi Mall at reasonable prices

The hotel was very good value for money and as I'm a gold member of the Accor loyalty programme, I got an upgrade to a suite after a very nice welcome from Diksha. It's close to the Wafi Mall, the Raffles hotel and the Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk. There's a small exercise room. Since the rooftop swimming pool is quite small, about 15 metres long, you can always buy a day pass to use the pools at the other hotels. You have a very nice view of them from the rooftop. It's very convenient for getting a PCR test close by for AED 150 at the Emirates Speciality Hospital 24 hours a day without an appointment but with a rather long queue. The hotel opened in November 2019 so the rooms are in good condition and my small suite was fine with a dining and living area and a large bedroom with a desk and two armchairs. There was a minibar in each room which was nice as I had done some shopping at Marks & Spencer at Festival Mall and had dinner in the room. I had an enjoyable stay there and would come back again.

Good service and pleasant staff. Good price for this type of room and services. Location in middle of hospitals is during this time à Little bit anxiogen.For business purposes remain perfect. Due to Covid-19 restrictions didn t use so much hôtel some of hôtel facilities.

My stay in Novotel Bur Dubai was so pleasant. The staff were friendly and caring. House keeping service was excellent, especially with Niteshchttri. He was so responsible, kind, polite, and timely. The price was so economical during the time of pandemic. I highly recommend this place.
