The staff are fabulous. Every member of staff greets me, and they are helpful and kind. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are lovely and cleanliness is excellent. Very eco friendly - no single use plastic. Laundry service is very good. Pool is beautiful . I am a long stay resident - and will continue to stay here!

Staffs are very friendly, good communication skills and helpful. Wifi connection is very tricky through third party registration and obtaining Wifi connection is very poor. The IT could not resolve it and requested me just to be patient as this is according to the security requirements which I do not understand!! Buffet breakfast is okay. A very minor feedback that poached egg needs improvement though. I will stay there again!

I recently stayed at the Mercure for 10 days with my family in a two‑bedroom apartment during our holiday. The hotel is very well located, close to shopping malls, Inya Lake, and with easy access to both downtown and the airport. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils, which made us feel right at home. The swimming pool and gym were great and the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including European, Chinese, and traditional dishes. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would like to thank Ms Cinderella who provided excellent cleaning service, as well as the director for providing the needs for my elderly parents and all the staff for making our vacation wonderful. Overall, we had a great time and truly enjoyed our stay.
