I’ve been staying at Mercure Yangon on and off for the past two years, and honestly the place has always been solid. Comfortable rooms, clean hotel, and the service has been consistently good every time I come back. But this round, the one who really made my stay feel special was Auguster from housekeeping. She’s just amazing. Every day my room was spotless, everything nicely arranged, and she always noticed the small details without me even asking. You can really tell she cares about her work. After two years of coming back here, I can honestly say Auguster is one of the best staff I’ve met. If there was an award, she’d win it easily. She really deserves a standing ovation. Big thanks to Mercure Yangon for keeping the service top-notch all this time. An even bigger thanks to Auguster for making this stay extra memorable. She’s one of the main reasons I keep choosing this hotel.
