I enjoyed my one week stay at Novotel. Rooms are comfortable, good size, clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Sports Bar "Time Out' located on the 4th floor is a cozy place to have a drink or a snack, and you can easily meet other guests or locals who come for watching football or other sports events. The restaurant "Le Cellier" located on the 14th floor is a fine dining restaurant and the Sunday offer "Eat all you can a la carte" is highly recommendable. Gym facilities are good and I also enjoyed the large outdoor pool.

My stay was disappointing due to repeated service and hygiene issues. Communication with room service was poor—orders were misunderstood, and requests to remove sweet sauces were ignored, resulting in dishes that were meant to be savoury arriving sweet. I was also promised an invoice by email after checkout, but it was never sent. More seriously, there were cockroaches in the room, which is unacceptable. In addition, although breakfast was advertised to start at 06:00, it was not ready until about 06:30. Overall, the hotel fell short of basic expectations for service, cleanliness, and reliability.

I enjoyed the hotel room, the shower design, the breakfast, and the pathway to the room. I also sincerely appreciate your consideration for persons with disabilities and the overall quality of your services. However, I was not fully satisfied with the housekeeping service. I was unaware that items such as bath towels needed to be placed on the floor for cleaning or replacement. As a result, the plates I used were not cleaned. Additionally, the bidet spray was too strong and released an excessive amount of water. I would suggest that the reception staff or bellboy briefly explain the hotel room rules when escorting guests to their rooms, especially many local visitors are now staying here for workshops and training sessions. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Novotel.
