Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the series of failures you experienced during your recent stay. As a returning guest who has chosen to stay with us on multiple occasions, it is particularly disappointing to learn that we failed to provide the level of comfort, reliability, and service that you have come to expect from us. We deeply regret the inconvenience and frustration caused by the repeated door lock malfunctions, the delay in resolving the issue, and the lack of an effective recovery process. We are especially concerned to learn that the replacement room assigned to you was not properly inspected and prepared prior to your arrival. Being presented with an unclean room in such condition is unacceptable and falls far below our standards. We fully understand how this, combined with the earlier maintenance issue, would have significantly impacted your stay and left you with a negative impression despite your loyalty to the hotel. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with our Rooms Division, Engineering, and Housekeeping leadership teams for immediate review. The concerns you raised regarding emergency maintenance support, room readiness verification, and service recovery procedures are valid and will form part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen operational standards and guest care. Most importantly, we sincerely regret that we did not respond appropriately at the time of the incident and that you left the hotel feeling disappointed and unsupported. This is not the experience we wish any guest to have, especially one who has placed their trust in us repeatedly.
