I recently visited Yangon in May 2024 and stayed at Novotel Yangon Max for over 2 months. The staff is very kind and courteous whether it's front desk, executive lounge, housekeeping or security, they were all very friendly. Anytime I had a housekeeping issue, such as the sink clogging, the problems were always dealt with immediately. I had an RJ45 connection issue at 2am. and I was pleasantly surprised when IT staff showed up to fix the issue. When I visit Myanmar again, I will come back to this location. I will never forget the warmth and kindness shown by the staff. There are some things that can be better though such as the whirlpool (hot tub), which needs to be cleaned. Right now, it looks terrible, and I doubt anyone wants to use it. The pool is great, the hot tub, not so much.

Breakfast spread was elaborate, and buzzing with activity. Staff was very active, attending to guests. Especially Lai Lai who waited on me, was very pleasant and eager to help. May God bless her ! And Haj Thi at the reception to the dining area was very professional, immaculate dressed, and guided me to my table with clear thinking, like she knew what she was doing !!

Very friendly and good quality drinks and bakery. Service is well trained and excellent. Highly recommend the High Tea session 2-4 pm. During the visit they also service Durian drinks and bakery which is great value and tried that too with the High Tea set.

My first experience at Novotel Yangon max's is feeling very well and pagoda view is very beautiful and weather is so fresh. Swimming pool is very cleaning and around the station. Foods are very delicious and drinks are tasty.Service staffs are very kindly and politely.Staffs are always alert and active. They are so friendly. Lwin Moe Aung is very good service.He is absolutely got my recommendation.I will come back there again.

The taste is perfect for me. The flavor of the sauce and homemade fettuccini are all there to me so it makes me feel good about eating the meat. I tried food and service at this restaurant and the taste is perfect. I’m sure I will be coming to this restaurant again in the future !
